It's fascinating that so many people want her to perform popular and famous pieces! I want Angelina to sing things that she likes. To me, she appears as an artist with a will of her own and I fully support that. It seems that some people consider it very important that she becomes famous and wealthy. So be it, but I don't think she's selling her beautiful soul to mamon. I really appreciate her unique choice of songs.

I think as long as she stays true to herself, whether that be covers or her own material, then she can sleep easy at night. Most music fans understand that this industry is cut throat, and she may have to do a few things to pay the bills and ensure longevity. But I'm gonna enjoy hearing it, personally speaking.

Mind you, she is still just a teenager in 2024, merely 18! There are countless mind-blowing performances from her childhood like a charity live performance of "Feeling Good" at 10 and an Etta James cover of "I'd rather go blind" when testing her 12-year birthday gift, a microphone - and that is just scratching the surface! The only thing you will NEVER encounter with Angelina is arrogance! She is as humane and humble an individual as you will ever find. Example: Check out why she always performs barefoot!

Melvin, this is her "wildest" video. You wondered how calm she is. She told us in a documentary: " When I first stood on a life stage (7 yo, Gloomy Sunday) I discovered that my music was bigger than me. I did not find music. Music found me, more than anything else. I am obsessed with music." Years earlier she told us, that music was like breathing, she needed it to live. Elmar from Germany

Norwegian born Angelina Jordan began singing at the age of one and a half, and by age three was listening to jazz and classics legends on repeat. Her grandmother was her greatest influence, but Angelina chose her own path. Her first studio performance was at age 7, singing I Who Have Nothing. She won Norway's Got Talent at the age of only 8, singing old time classics from Billie Holliday and George Gershwin, and became one of the youngest ever vocalists to win an international Got Talent Show! Her performance at 9 years old of Screamin Jay Hawkins, I Put a Spell on You is considered one of the finest recordings ever of a 9-year-old vocalist! Angelina also went viral on America's Got Talent the champions in 2020 with her unique versions of Bohemian Rhapsody and Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. Angelina sings in English which unbelievably is her third language! She is a true prodigy. She is now 18, and has recorded a huge library of songs, including covers and several originals. A major attraction to Angelina's music is the emotion and attitude she conveys, although she has not experienced the life events! She is known as the barefoot princess of 1,000 voices as she can adjust her tone, style, and register for any song or genre. She was signed by Republic Records when she was 14. She was not widely promoted for a few years, as her family wanted to allow her a normal childhood. However, things are changing rapidly as she has now graduated school. She has released two original music video singles from Republic Records, Love Don't Let Me Go, and Now I'm the Fool, coinciding with her new six song EP called Old Enough. The four other songs have been released as visualizers. A world tour is in the works, likely to coincide with her full album release. Here is a semi-chronological KZread playlist for Angelina of over 200 songs, beginning with 16 performances including originals, her EP, and a few specialty songs. Then it starts chronologically beginning with Gloomy Sunday from Norway's Got Talent. kzread.info/head/PL2v8kgVeo4EbQD6l_WAVjOfItquzW7oEc&si=HrEm55lV164yKJqu Why does Angelina sing barefoot? The answer may bring a tear to your eye. It is related to a promise she made to herself and to the world when she was only 6 years old. She was traveling in the Middle East with her mom and grandmother and they came across a young orphan girl with no shoes and scarred feet. Angelina gave the girl her own favorite shoes. Angelina ask the girl what she wanted to be when she grew up and she said a doctor, but she could not because she had to take care of her siblings. She asked Angelina the same question and Angelina said I want to sing for the world. The young girl said she would pray for Angelina. Since then, Angelia has forever performed barefoot as a reminder of all those less fortunate. At age 9 she wrote a book about this experience, Between two Hearts, becoming the youngest ever published author in Norway. She also has helped raise millions for children's charities. She even stated at 8 years old that she would be donating her winnings from Norway's Got Talent to charities. She is a special individual, and one you cannot follow without developing an emotional bond. Angelina captures hearts because she is humble and has compassion for humanity. She is a messenger of love, light, and hope, wrapped in a blanket of humbleness and humility. Her stated goal from childhood was to sing for the world and spread love and peace. I trust this will cause you to embrace her as millions of others have, and that you will continue down the rabbit hole from which you will not want to escape. Peace and love. Angelina 9 yo. Look at her! She controls the entire recording. She has the power and ability to carry this out. The fact that she then has an outstanding fantastic voice and theatrical body language only makes everything even better. The musicians are also amazingly good. They give everything to complete this masterpiece! This little Norwegian girl reads the English lyrics while singing! She is from Norway and they speak Norwegian there. English is Angelina's 3rd language! Already at 5-6 years old, she understands exactly what is meant in the English lyrics! Incredible! A genius at work. I am so happy for everything she gives me. / a Swedish Viking.

Angelina was 9 years old in this performance - Her nationality is Norwegian but is fluent in English even at this age - This song was not arranged for her - she wrote the vocal arrangement based on listening to the original Screamin' Jay Hawkins version and communicated to the band how she wanted it to be played - in fact, at the beginning of the video you see Angelina writing down some last-minute changes and it is read by the bandleader. You also notice that her own handwritten notes are on the music stand in front of her as she sings. For more insight into how Angelina works, here is a rehearsal video with some of the same band members at the same age (9 yrs old) - You will see that she is aware of what each musician is doing and communicates to them what she wants to do. The first thing she says is that she wants to start, followed by her saying she wants to start over, later she tells the pianist that the key is too low and that she wants to raise it a half-tone, then at the end of the song she changes the ending on the fly. The spoken language is Norwegian: kzread.info/dash/bejne/amSaldZslNCokg.html

Thank you for featuring Angelina again. I hope you will do many more reactions to her, as she is well worth every nanosecond you spend on her. I have watched and listened to her in awe since she released her first video on KZread, and what has been evident to me from the start is that she sings with total conviction, despite the fact that she is far too young to have experienced the events suggested in the lyrics of the song she has chosen to sing. But it is not only that, for strange as it may seem is the even more remarkable fact that she can convey the appropriate emotions within those lyrics to her listener. This is Angelina's tribute to Screamin' Jay Hawkins, who wrote and performed the song in 1956 (50 years before Angelina was born). She based her arrangement on his original performance, although she discarded all the theatrics and allowed her voice and body language to tell the story. The song has been covered by many singers over the years, but to my knowledge, Angelina is the only one who has sung in the same style as the original. There are many things I found particularly worthy of note in this video. Some I recognised immediately and those I missed were brought to my attention by the more observant Angelina fans (her Angels) and I thank them for letting me know what I had missed. Another Angelina "Angel" has pointed out something else which I had missed, and it is added at (l) below, (a) Angelina finishing writing last minute changes she wanted and handing them to the Music Director, who smiled. (b) A brief glimpse of Mery Zamani, Angelina's maternal grandmother, a well known and respected Iranian Artist and poet who was also a child prodigy. She was the person who recognised Angelina's talent at an early age and exposed her to all the old time jazz singers. (c) The candle with an image of Screamin' Jay Hawkins on it. (d) The smile on the face of the Bass player. (e) How she rose on to her toes on the last occasion she sang "...because you're mine" (f) The fact she occasionally refers to her written notes on the music stand. Possibly to remind herself of the last minute changes she wanted. (g) Her unwavering passion throughout the performance. Evidenced by her facial expressions and the way she uses her hands and body to emphasise the direction of the song. (h) The way she takes a breath just before she starts the last phrase (I don't care.....) and that breath lasts the whole of that sustained note. A child of that age should not have the ability to hold a note for that length of time. (i) At the end, when she sings I Doooont Caaaaare, she employs TWO separate and distinct vibratos to the word care, a wide one to start the word and a tighter one to close the word (j) The instant transformation from "performance" mode to that of a pensive child, possibly wondering whether she could have done better. I comment on the "pensive" child because Angelina has an incredible work ethic and seeks to perform every song in a way she considers will bring out all the emotions within the lyrics and melody. (k) Perhaps the most remarkable is that despite her tender years, she sings with such total conviction that her authenticity is never in doubt. It is easy to believe that she has experienced the events described in the lyrics. It is not only her voice that is mesmerising, it is also her facial expressions, and the way she uses her hands and body. Her stage presence is electrifying. (l) The performance absolutely is powerful and raw but to me, I am amazed that this is balanced by the profound beauty of the ending phrase; the last twelve words of the song. AND… they are essentially sung a cappella! Angelina has been referred to as the "Queen of Jazz", "The Barefoot Princess", "The girl with a thousand voices". All of them are true, but I prefer the nickname I gave her after listening to about six of her performances. For me, she is "The Chameleon of Song", for as a chameleon is able to change its colour to match its surroundings, so Angelina is able to change the "colour" of her voice to accurately match the needs of the song to reveal the emotions within the lyrics and melody. Even more remarkable is her innate ability to communicate those same emotions to her listeners.

There has never been a vocal performance by a nine-year-old that comes close to this. This would be a great performance by a vocal artist of ANY age: her arrangement of the song, her confidence in the delivery, the musicality, the vocal techniques on display, even the way she pays homage to Screamin' Jay Hawkins (with the candle at the beginning and with the style of her interpretation throughout) is simply stunning. Any 40- or 50-year-old professional singer would be proud of this performance -- yet she's just 9!

Melvin, thanks for your reaction, which is in line with so many other reactors. You stuttered and had a loss of words, right after the performance. Angelina has set the new standard for what is possible by a child vocalist. I should say, a child singer storyteller. It is all about telling the story and conveying the emotions, for Angelina. I suggest reacting to each performance on Norway's Got Talent, doing each of the 4 performances individually. Here is the link to the best video for her audition. kzread.info/dash/bejne/lmebtcqoadzMaJs.htmlsi=tzDde2gvKT-mhoBa

This was a very entertaining reaction....your facial expressions defined together said "This is UNBELIEVABLE!!" She's the real deal...she commits herself to the vocals and unapologetically dives in; it's all or nothing at all. You've got SO MANY individual performances to watch that will leave you speechless! I know you're going to love your journey...so you take your time, make your own choices from the suggestions; decide for yourself how you'll proceed. Be true to yourself, and remember that reactions come with criticism as well as compliments...so go boldly...and I hope to see you on the flipside. You won't be able to stop here!! Yes, there is a lot of wonders, but not only from the West. David Foster said a few years ago that future stars would be in the East. And there are also many child prodigies who reassure us about the future of music. Angie at 9 years old was already an old singer. See her at 7 years old singing Billie Hollyday, or at 8 "Summertime". Or even younger at school, disapproving of the way her classmates and the teacher sing. In South Korea, the young Song So Hee was also already fabulous at 9 years old, then was considered a national treasure at 13. She's now 30, but her vocal and respiratory control has always been exceptional. In the Philippines, the number of prodigies is... prodigious. Take for example Esang de Torres at age 8 in "Salamat Musica" (Wish bus version). In China, or more precisely in Hong Kong, Celine Tam started to be great at 5 years old ("For The First Time In Forever"), and at 9 she surprised the world at AGT. And let's not forget Diana Ankudinova, in Russia, etc., etc.

@@geoffreynorth9046 Nobody suggested she should not shoot in London. However, Tower Hamlets is the fourth most dangerous London borough based on Metropolitan Police violent crime stats for 2023. The boroughs occupying positions 3 (Greenwich) and 2 (Barking & Dagenham) experienced fewer than two more reported violent crimes per thousand people so that only the City of Westminster amongst London boroughs is significantly more hazardous to personal safety than where Angelina was being filmed. Assuming there has been no sudden change of form for 2024, this means there were 28 safer boroughs to choose from, including mine (25th of 32), which I've heard locals describe as many things but never "very safe".

A barefoot princess with a hypnotic voice. She was only 9 years old when she performed this song. It is her tribute to Screamin' Jay Hawkins, an American singer/songwriter. He wrote and performed it in 1956 and Angelina based her performance on the original, although she did make some subtle alterations to both lyrics and melody. As you continue your journey of discovering Angelina, you will come to realise that she does her own arrangements of most of the cover songs she sings. The differences may not be immediately discernible on first listening to them, but they are there. There may be a subtle change in tempo or tone, or more inflexion on some words, or a phrase may differ in pitch from the original. The amount of control that Angelina has over her voice cannot be measured. She never hurries a song. She sings in such a way that the emotions in the lyrics are felt by the listener. In this video did you notice:Angelina finishing some notes and handing them to the pianist, who smiled as he read them? They were her wishes (instructions) to the band how she wished therm to play the music. In the band, she was called a boss.

That would be 10 or 11 for me. I am not into pop and pop singers. I am an old metalhead from the roots of metal. Somehow, this girl with jazz and magic in her voice took over what I listen to. Born Angelina Jordan Astar on January 10, 2006 in Oslo, Norway to her Norwegian mother, Sara Astar and her Swedish father, Gerry Christian Slattman. Angelina started singing around 18 months of age, after listening to Whitney Houston on KZread. She quickly became obsessed with listening to music videos and her maternal grandmother, Mery Zamani got Angelina interested in classic jazz. Mery Zamani is Iranian and was a prodigy as an artist and poet while growing up in Iran. Angelina attended the Oslo Waldorf School and participated in the Oslo School of Music and Performing Arts after-school program, where starting around age 4, she had training in music but no vocal training. Her teachers were smart enough to not attempt to change what she was doing vocally. More recently she along with her grandmother have designed and made the clothing she wears on stage. Why Angelina always performs barefoot At age 6, while traveling in the Middle East with her mother and grandmother, Angelina noticed a girl around her age standing on the side of the road, asking people to step on her bathroom scale to be weighed in hopes of getting some money. Angelina took off her shoes so as to not get the scale dirty and stepped on the scale many times to make the girl feel better. Angelina befriends the girl who was not wearing shoes and has scars on her feet, and learns she is an orphan. The orphan girl tells Angelina how beautiful she thinks her shoes are. Angelina says her shoes don’t fit her well and she wants to give her shoes to the orphan girl who thanks Angelina for giving her the shoes. Angelina asked the girl what she wanted to be when she grew up and the girl replied, “I want to become a doctor, but that will never happen since I have no parents and I have siblings so I have to do whatever is necessary for us to survive.” Angelina told the girl to never give up on her dreams. The poor girl asked Angelina what she wanted to be when she grew up and Angelina replied that she wanted to sing for the whole world. The poor girl said she would pray every day so Angelina’s dream would come true. Angelina still says she thinks of that homeless girl every day and has always performed barefoot to remind her of all the children who are less fortunate. At age 9, she became the youngest published author in Norway’s history by writing a book about this encounter in the Middle East. PLEASE PURCHASE Angelina’s book from her merchandise store on her official website, angelinajordanofficial Angelina, at age 6 and 7, did record a few songs in a recording studio at her school, most notably “I Who Have Nothing”, a truly remarkable performance for a 7 year old. At age 7, Angelina’s audition on Norway’s Got Talent, was a cover of Billie Holiday’s “Gloomy Sunday”, a song which was banned by a number of European countries during World War II because authorities worried the song would increase the suicide rate. Truly bizarre that this is the song to launch the career of a child musical prodigy. One of the judges on NGT cried. Angelina had turned 8 years old for her next performance on NGT, covering Billie Holiday’s “I’m a Fool to Want You” singing acapella which was required by NGT unless the singer also played an instrument while singing. This was the Judge’s cut round of the competition and was not performed in front of an audience. In the Semi Final round of NGT, Angelina sang “Bang Bang” which was written by Sonny Bono and was first performed by his wife Cher but is best known sung by Nancy Sinatra. The improvement in each performance is incredible even though there were only a couple months between them. In the Finals, Angelina did a cover of George Gershwin’s, “Summertime” and won the contest, capturing 46% of the votes from the ten finalists. When asked what she would like to do with the prize money she won (500,000 kroner or about $80,000), Angelina replied, “I want to give it to the poor children”. Angelina had become a star in her native Norway and her videos on KZread went viral. She gave a few concerts during the summer of 2014 while 8 years old. In December 2014, Angelina realized a life-long desire to sing at the Save the Children's Peace Prize Celebration which is part of the Noble Peace Prize celebration. Angelina’s family took her to United States, Brazil, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Russia, South Korea, Singapore among other corners of Earth, to perform for heads of state and to help raise money for charity. All before Angelina turned 14. At age 9, Angelina recorded a music video covering the 1956 Jay Hawkin’s classic, “I Put a Spell On You”. The video begins by showing Angelina writing her “wishes” for how she wants to perform the song. Angelina has always created her own arrangements for her cover songs. At age 10 and just a week before her 11th birthday, Angelina recorded a demo of “I’m Still Holding Out for You”. Her family never pursued having that recording officially released but someone leaked it on a KZread video. Thankfully, everyone involved with that song is now ok with the leaked version. Many angels (fans) believe this is one of Angelina’s best performances. When Angelina was 11, she performed a number of concerts in Norway with a jazz/rock band. Those concerts included up to 14 songs, each remarkably performed. Angelina seems to be at her best when on stage, never nervous, only 100% confident. Also at age 11, Angelina recorded her “It’s Magic” album which has, at times, been in the top 10 best selling jazz albums. On June 27, 2018, at age 12, Jordan performed Frank Sinatra “Fly Me to the Moon” for Quincy Jones in The O2 Arena in London. She has said that was the high point of her young career which was already in it’s 6th year. During 2018, Angelina lost her paternal grandfather, her friend Avicii and one of her idols, Aretha Franklin. She did a moving tribute for each. In 2019, Angelina accepted an invitation to compete in the 2nd season of America’s Got Talent (AGT), The Champions. She had, since age 3, wanted to perform for Simon Cowell and she earned his praise with her genius arrangement of “Bohemian Rhapsody”. The surviving members of Queen loved it so much they put a link to it on their Twitter. Angelina was eliminated after covering Elton John’s “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road”. Angelina’s family refused to sign any agreement with AGT. Angelina, before age 14, had covered more than 130 songs from 80 different artists, spanning at least 8 genres, all of which are available on KZread. Angelina has always made changes to each song she covers and often her version is preferred over the original. On KZread, search on The Complete Works of Angelina Jordan as Rusty Shackleford has put all songs in one file and has a complete playlist in the description of that video. The pandemic hit shortly after her performances on AGT and likely caused a change of plans by her family, most notably her Uncle Michael who is her manager. Her family agreed to a contract with Republic Records in August 2020. Republic Records declared Angelina Jordan their highest priority new artist. Reportedly her family requested Republic to allow her as normal a childhood as possible and therefore have yet to fully promote her. During the pandemic, Angelina was often seen buying meals for the homeless on the streets of Los Angeles. In November 2020, Angelina released “Million Miles” which she wrote after the passing of her beloved maternal grandfather. She dedicated the song to anyone who has ever lost a loved one. Angelina had previously released, 3 other original songs: “What is Life”, “Oslo” and “Shield” In April 2021, her original “7th Heaven” was released. A jazzy, danceable, inspiring song. Angelina has posted numerous short performances on Tik Tok and Instagram. Angelina had concerts in Norway in July 2022. In December 2022, Angelina performed at the Asian American Awards in Los Angeles. On 2/27/23, Angelina performed at the FIFA Awards ceremony in Paris, France, with a viewing audience in the millions. On May 5th, 2023, Angelina released her original "Love Don't Let Me Go". On July 23th she released her orginal EP “Old Enough”. Angelina perform Concert at the Music Hall in Portsmouth New Hampshire on Sept 22nd, 2023. It Was a great concert, who was not and could regret it, a big mistake. On 10/27/23 she released her new orginal singiel “Our Time”. In November 2023, she was presented as a debutante at Le Bal des débutantes in Paris. On 12/08/23 she released new Marry Christmas EP “Driving Home for Christmas”. On 12/10/23 she sing in Oslo at the Nobel Peace Prize Celebration - Unchained Melody tribute to 2023 Nobel Peace Prize laureate Iranian human rights activist Narges Mohammadi. On february 29, 2024 she had two concerts in Las Vegas, Nevada,on the Elvis stage.

She brings back class to music. Check out some of her originals from her site. She began at 12 and I think she will end up one of the best song writers ever. All of her originals sound like they were written by someone with many decades of life under their belt. If you wish to jump forward for a song I suggest "Unchained Melody" that she sang at the Nobel peace prize presentation (one of her goals as a young girl). kzread.info/dash/bejne/iqyY16mMmqSwc9I.html Whether you go young to older or jump around Angelina never disappoints---she will keep blowing you away again and again but I warn you---she is very addictive and there is no known cure. @@melvinthinks her originals are very varied in style - you might start with the earliest one on YT, "What is life?" which she wrote at either 10 or 11.... I have to admit it took a while to grow on me, but it has continued to grow for a long time and now I see it as an early work of genius... But appreciating it may take a few listens which is not ideal for a reaction. Another is "Million Miles" which is a masterpiece... worth trying both the studio version and the later live versions - she slowed it down and enhanced the emotional impact even more (it's a very emotional song dedicated to her late maternal grandfather )

Hi Melvin, thank's a billion for this 2nd reaction to AJ! I'm sure you got already tons of proposals - I hope you have enough time to read all the comments 😜 Nevertheless let me add my two cents ;) I've seen you are a fan of Amy W. so you might like to react to Angelinas versions of some songs from AW: She planned to record a cover of "Back To Black"; all was arranged, musicians of the radio orchestra of Oslo (KORG), the hall, the sond and video stuff, ... but I think a day before her mother first time read the lyrics and denyed that Angelina sing these lyrics; so Angelina had to cancel or to rewrite lyrics for this song in only 24 hours... here is the result: Angelina Jordan og KORK: «Back To Black» 2016: kzread.info/dash/bejne/e3eNk9eDlZSbk7A.html And then there are several versions of her covering "Valerie". A musicvideo on her cover channel - Angelina Jordan - Valerie: kzread.info/dash/bejne/paWhrK6kl86Yec4.html A fan video like a picture show with original audio from a live concert - Angelina Jordan - Rehab (Amy Winehouse cover) Live (audio) from Kongsberg Jazz Festival 2018: kzread.info/dash/bejne/f36iqbCtidCYZMY.html A fan video with her video dubbed with the audio from the live concert - Angelina Jordan - Valerie, Live (audio) from Kongsberg Jazz Festival 2018: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iWaFmJl7dbunZrw.html A video from a stage rehearsal at a jazz festival - Angelina Jordan rehearsal (Valerie): kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZWGHxaZ6cpPPeMY.html A video from another live concert - Angelina Jordan (16) - Valerie [4K UHD] Live at Kurbadhagen - July 10th, 2022, Sandefjord, Norway: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fGeavM6kfbbNmLA.html And a live performance at a German TV show from 2023 - Angelina Jordan - Sings "Valerie" for Heidi Klum on GNTM!: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qKxnqtSYcrXLYKw.html ...and "Rehab"; but Angelina called it "School" 😆 Here an rehearsal - Angelina Jordan rehearsal Rehab: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Zqmp29WznrbLpqg.html And another fan video, a picture show with audio from a live concert - Angelina Jordan - Rehab (Amy Winehouse cover) Live (audio) from Kongsberg Jazz Festival 2018: Angelina Jordan - Rehab (Amy Winehouse cover) Live (audio) from Kongsberg Jazz Festival 2018 And I have to "warn" you ;-) If you plan to react to "I'm A Fool To Want You" from her NGT performances - and I guess somone have suggested to do so - ... Watch out which version you take: From "I'm a fool to want you" which in Norske Talenter AJ sings a capella; there is a shorter version because there are 54 seconds cut out. And these 54 seconds are so good - even with speaking in - but the good thing of this version is, that you can't hear that there is something missing: AJ hit exactly the notes even after nearly a minute... Judges' Cut-Off with all of AJ's singing: "I’m a fool to want you": kzread.info/dash/bejne/foyf0K6TdNK4hrQ.html The version, where at 1:13 is the cut where 54 (or 43) sec. are missing and you don't hear it...: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aIB9xbOFZcqyn7w.html ;-) And for to review her development you should AFTER reacting to her version on Norske Talenter react to her studio recording footage at about 11/12 yo: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hXusksajiLe-gc4.html If I say that this is fantastic it would be underestimate her talent, her musical and vocal abilities… So, now it's your choice 😉 - have fun and CU in your next AJ reaction video Andreas 😎

This is the rehearsal for the show but it is excellent - kzread.info/dash/bejne/gYGf2dGqhbG0m6g.html At Age 13 she performed two songs on America’s Got Talent - and one other song of note - ‘I Have Nothing’ is a tribute to Whitney Houston - kzread.info/dash/bejne/l4iX2NiIZqWZedI.html On AGT ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ for which she got the Golden Buzzer - kzread.info/dash/bejne/o3pkrLhraNnNfNo.html On AGT ‘Goodbye Yellow Brick Road’ in the finals - kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZoyDr9Wkl7Gep5c.html - but she didn’t win. A lot of people are upset about that, but I think it’s the best thing that happened to her. At Age 16 she has three new covers. The newest and the best is an Elvis cover ‘Suspicious Minds’ - kzread.info/dash/bejne/hIiWrcqkk8i4YJM.html She has released a new version of I Have Nothing - kzread.info/dash/bejne/m4xkyZtymrGYZrg.html - which is probably the best song she has done so far. The other is ‘My Funny Valentine - kzread.info/dash/bejne/lIudrrGneK2_qMo.html Angelina dropped her latest song on May 5th 2023 it is the first song off her new album which will be out soon. The name of the song is ‘Love Don’t Let Me Go’ - kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y4lqubuYqpu8pZs.html - She wrote the song and in an interview said that all of the songs on the new album will be songs she wrote and had a major part in their arrangements. The current song that is number 1 on my playlist is Unchanged Melody kzread.info/dash/bejne/iqyY16mMmqSwc9I.html , this performance is at the Nobel Piece Prize presentation. She has done several Adel covers and one other song of note - ‘Million Miles’ - kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZX-s2NmuiprVdbA.html - this is an original that she wrote in honor of her grandfather after he passed away. It is also the first song released under her contract with Republic Records. Rusty Shackelford has a KZread playlist that includes all of her videos, including TikTok and Instagram. Not trying to be critical, but you got it wrong about her feeling like she's "the shit". That's not it at all. (But maybe you were being influenced by her "character work" in this particular performance. I dunno…) I mean, yeah, she is _very_ confident when it comes to singing, but it's not a combative or competitive confidence, like you were saying ("I can compete with you"). It's… well… I've heard it called a "quiet confidence". Whatever you call it, it has less to do with her recognition of her own _abilities_ and more to do with her recognition of her _purpose_ . We're talking about a person who seems to have found her purpose in life (the kernel of it, anyway) when she was friggin' 18 months old, and who has spent basically every day of the intervening 17 years working towards fulfilling that purpose. And doing so "with intention" from a surprisingly young age - for example, announcing at the age of 3 that she wanted to sing for Simon Cowell on one of his TV shows (which, of course, happened when she sang "Bohemian Rhapsody" on AGT). By the age of 6 (and possibly years earlier), that had developed into wanting to "sing for the whole world". This is not a normal person we're dealing with here.😊 You said, at one point (as her), "I'm going to do what I was born to do". I'm not sure you realize how close to the truth you were with that statement. So, to bring this "full circle", I'll just conclude by saying that the "affirmation", so to speak, that best expresses that truth is not "I am the shit", but something closer to: "I am _so fortunate_ to be able to do what I love, and have people love what I do." Looking forward to your next AJ reaction. My vote: "Feeling Good" on _The Stream Gir Tilbake_ (a live charity-related TV special) when she was 10. Like this one you just watched, it's on her Official channel.
