"Arancini" are stuffed rice balls which are coated with bread crumbs and then deep fried. They are usually filled with ragù (meat and tomato sauce), mozzarella, and peas.
They are made with Multiform: our encrusting machine for making sweet and savoury extruded products, with or without filling.
It can be inserted into an already-existing line.
