Thanks badger, I just purchased a new software that I can bring the volume down even more. The one I was using only let me bring it to this level. Thanks for the comment!
This is probably my favorite tool i own.. if you put in lots of rivets it is a must have
Nice. Honestly never even knew this existed. Will definitely be buying one for sure.
I've got one, it rocks. No problem installing 3/16 steal rivets.
What I noticed is he only used aluminum rivets. A true test of any riveting tool, hand or power is when fastening (pulling) Stainless Steel rivets. If I am going to spend $200 plus for a cordless riveting tool it has to pull 1/4" SS rivets all day long else I will stay with my $100 pneumatic or $40 longhandle.
I used to build and modify Toyota Landcruisers for the mining industry here in northern Ontario in Canada and this thing saved our hands that's for sure. Saved us so much time also. I'm actually looking to buy one for personal use now.
I don’t think the music is loud enough.

Great video!! Glad to see it does the big rivets. 👏👏
This rivet gun is sweet I haven’t used it much but it works excellent didn’t sting my hand once
From looking at it, the collection at the back is pretty cool!
Nice review. Just got mine and thought you had to take the nose housing off to change the nose piece for different size rivets, but you showed you just unscrew the nose pice. Your vid saved me some trouble. Thanks

When making these videos there isn’t a way to actually know how the volume will be unless you use software that has a balancing feature. It’s one of those things you learn over time. Give him a break. 🤷♂️

Haha yeah buddy
Wish I had this today. Got a brand new rivet gun from silverline but broke after 15 rivets. Could used this.
God I would have killed to have had one of those back when I worked at a truck shop where we worked on boxes a lot with riveted tin sides, if there wasn't room in a bay or you had to work on one outside for some reason you'd have to drag out a bunch of air hose. I was lucky enough however to have what I believe was the first set of battery powered tin shears so when I needed some tin I didn't have to put the roll that was on the side of the building on a cart and roll it inside or drag a whole bunch of air hose outside to reach to the side of the building which was sick! All the other guys that had power tin shears had pneumatic ones and they were all jealous of my battery powered ones and they all pretty much never asked me to use them cuz they know how protective and OCD I am of my tools. I would let my friend Gary use them but he was the only one cuz i trusted him with my tools he knew the rule of you break it you buy it and I trusted him.
I use this to put on license plates for new uhaul trucks plus a few other odd jobs. Dozens and dozens a day, and before this id use a manual gun. Damn near changed my life.
I've done Autobody for 36 years now and going to get one of these... better than 3 hands... thanks for the review

@@JohnDoe-ig9ev Hey u laugh, my work $800 would be well spent on it
Would prefer one that can pop 1/4"
Been looking for one but never in stock. Thanks for showing it. Also want the miwaukee caulking gun.
This is not the only battery rivet gun available on the market. Stanley make good ones as well. Also, if the stems break clean, it is not because of the tool. It’s because you put the right size nose tip and you use a well made rivet. By the way, if you are looking for better and more versatile rivets, check Avdel rivet solutions. “Pop” style rivets don’t last under vibration, constant tensile and shear pressures.
i can't wait for the 1/4" steel rivet version

We really love your channel, your every update is very interesting and scientific, we appreciate your efforts and your informative idea. We subscribed to your channel because we have the same content.
For automotive use you really need possibly to pop 1/4” rivets
At the 2:23 mark in the video when you state "alright guys let's do some work here" I see that you have the drill in reverse. I first thought that you had a dull drill bit as it wasn't cutting, then noticed the the chuck was going the wrong way! LOL

A must have pop-rivit tool if building aluminum boat.
I bought one of these and took it back as the small rivet stems get jammed , the internal carrier tube to the rivet collecter needs to be interchangeable to suit the rivet size . I found I was always disassembling it .

Mine to was getting jammed all day 4 or 5 riverts was stuck in the tube don't no why???
They work great!
I have this riveter ran through 60,000 rivets in 3 months no problem and easy to do the maintenance. It gets hot after a few hours but it's awesome other than that.
So this doesn’t work with nutserts/rivnuts I’m asuming?
Aluminum rivets are easy, the specs state that it can do Stainless 3/16th rivets. Any luck with that?
Great music video on rivet guns.
4th of july sale some milwuakee tools are up to 45% off at home depot. like a 6pc power tool set for 300 bucks for the 12 volt right now

Yeah bro, they got some awesome deals going on right now
What gun should I get if I’m in auto collision repair. The m18 that does 1/4 or will this m12 be fine
I think milwaukee should have added some rubber bumpers at the top so when you lay the tool down it doesn't get all dinged and scratched up. My metal top looks pretty rough after a friend borrowed it and was apparently kicking around on the floor???
Good video, and review. But like others have said, please turn the music off while your talking. Thanks for the review.
How do you stop it pushing rivet out the end? It will not drop the sharft in the catcher.
Nice I've been wondering about this riveter.

I returned this tool to home depot. For the record, I own and love/like all of my Fuel tools (to date I own 15 different tools). This tool just jammed to much. It is generally good with smooth mandrel rivets, but every single rivet with serrated mandrels gets jammed. It took me a half hour to free up the last one.

Hellow, thanks for sharing, nice tool. I just wana make a suggestion: use manual focus when making fixed shots, the distance between the camera and the subject does not change so you dont need auto focus, on hand camera shots.. then you can use auto foucus. Sincerely it's awkward seeng the camera trying to focusing nothing. BR and success.

I will be using this to build Tesla solar roofs. Will update once it’s got some field use.
Deburring the holes on both sides in not your strength, the deburr will weaken the rivet.

Use 3/16 stainless rivets thats where this tool shines. Put over 3000 3/16 rivets thru that tool and it saved my hands.
From where I can get that thing's ?
Is it compatible with plastic rivets?
Do they sell a die for setting nuts?
does it work with riv-nuts?
didn't they have air ones 20 years ago?
Will it pull a CherryMAX?

I'll agree with that. This is for someone that uses rivets on a daily basis or in a body shop.
