You have to use slow speed, it does eat it up and you dont want it.

Thank you for this video ... looks like it did a great job on your dough, but I am looking to use 4-5 cups of flour ... have you used it with a larger amount of flour?

Hi I just bought this. But I find the machine heat up quite fast

Mine only did that during the first time usage. Afterwards the heating up was just standard. Unless you are using this to mix non stop for more than 15minutes. My bread dough is good to go after 10minutes. Or perhaps you can check with the milux customer service?

You can knead manually. But its faster using a machine.

It depends on your recipe. If more flour or more liquid.

We bought a Massimo stand mixer at Hart Maison Engros at Place Vertu, Montreal. It worked great the first time. The second time the locking mechanism seemed broken. Maison Engros said one week had passed, they have nothing to do with it, perhaps call the manufacturer, but no number was listed. We tried our luck calling Maison Condelle the name listed on Massimo packaging. They passed us on a lady by the name of M. Dessur......, customer rep at Hart Stores. She seemed very nice and willing to help. We did what she asked: send her the receipt and any details by email. That was the end, we heard nothing further from her. Phone calls left at Hart Stores were met with silence.

Yes it's good. But the noise is tolerable. In the video, the mixer sound is louder than it actually is.
