Warum Nachbarn? Weil sie in der nähe unseres Land liegen (ich weiß das Irland nicht an Deutschland grenzt)? Oder weil deine Nachbarm die Musik nicht mögen und du diese so laut hörtst, dass es sie stört?

I don't know you either but as someone who has and still is dealing with depression, your friends might not understand you. I'm not saying this is the case but keep reaching out a hand, they might just grab it harder than you anticipate.

Look up islam, hope things work out for you. check your vitamin levels any deficiency will cause or add to the depression, adding spices ( Indian food ) to your diet will put you in a better mood . FYI Regarding your girlfriend, congratulations now you have less stress since she's gone .
