You don’t need to apologize for wearing the mask. Your health is more important! Love your videos!

In past videos where he wore a mask, many idiots complained that they couldn't hear him.

That's sad.
This is Jon from the Ann Arbor aera in Michigan. The cabinet you saw is an antigue ICE BOX. You would buy a block of ice, usually from a ice man that came around and set it in the top compartment and store food in the lower compartment. Nice job Noah

This one is in good condition. It even still has the original wire shelves, which are very difficult to find. This icebox is probably one of the few things worth saving in the entire house.

I agree. Back in the day a block of ice went in top door. Food below..😊

Hey Noah and Noah crew! How are you and everyone here enjoying this video?Hope all is well. Please keep safe and healthy. WE appreciate you and all you do to share these videos with us. 😊❤
Oh wow that house was in such a nice spot with the ravine thing back there. It would be so peaceful to go and sit out there by the water
HOLY CRAP that mold!!! I think youre right its the moldiest home youve explored that i can remember anyway
What a shame. I have never seen so much mold on one of these vid's and loved that house! The location, the layout, the intercoms (from when I was a kid), and the stone fireplaces. Wish it could be saved. Thank you!
Right off I can tell you from the marks on the walls the place was under water. That creek must have rose way over the home.

That’s what I was thinking too. Plus given the age of the house, hopefully no asbestos or anything else from the house materials. We have a 60s house but mostly everything has been replaced.

That explains it
Nasty mold but what a cool house. Why would anyone bitch about the sound quality. Smarten up people. What about Noah's health? Thanks for a great video!
Noah, I love your videos. Always remember your safety comes first. Thanks for sharing!
Noah Please be mindful to change the cartridges in your respirator!! Beautiful home! That mold is the worst I have seen yet! Lovely kitchen!
Hi Noah, huge fan here from Fawkner, Melbourne, Victoria Australia 🇦🇺. I always look forward to and enjoy your abandoned explores. Your research into the history/back of each is interesting and informative. Please, put your health, safety and well-being first and do not apologise, explain or justify yourself! Love, Maria Miglino ❤❤😊🙏🙏🏡
It was a nice house at one point. Now its a big ole petrie dish. Thanks, Noah
I call this one "The Louie Pastuer House", more mold than that man ever saw, even on his best days. A real nice one in it's day with a beaut of a view out the back. Thanks for the tour Noah! 👍🤠 Notes: 4:58 So conditioned from all the mold, I thought the wallpaper was actually just some more mold at first. 18:41 An ice box. Block ice goes in at the top, perishable food goes in the bottom. These were used before the days of refridgeration.
Hello Noah this is Mary Lou from Grand Rapids Michigan
old school ice box in basement
Hard to tell where the wallpaper stops and the mold begins! Very sad, but beautiful property location. Thanks Noah!
bulb flowers like out front will come up for years & years. Ive seen videos of 1800 s lots with flowers bloominfg
I really enjoy watching you and all the houses
Nice home!!! That mold is as pretty as really nice wallpaper,- or a mural. 😊😊😊 Such a shame. $4.4?!? That’s an awful lot,-- even when it Was Pristine. Is this in Canada??? That mold is Waaay more beautiful than their awful taste. Ouch!!!
Mod is from no heat in the house in the winter .
I'm early for once! I love it!!!
From the state of the carpet and the marks on some of the walls, it looks like the house has flooded from the creek behind it. It's been at least half way up the walls.
Wow that’s a lot of mildew and mold!! What a shame. Protect yourself Noah don’t apologize! We hear you!!! 😊😊😊
16:52 Tanqeray and Martini! We are back in the 60s... Yeeeah😂
Please stay safe out there Noah.Nowhere and I going to pray for you.
I love that lot, and the house minus the killer mold. I'm so glad you had a respirator and hope nobody goes in there without one. I heard you just fine. Those were bullfighters in that black watercolor art, I think.
That mold is so bad it looks like bloody wallpaper! Stay safe Noah! Appreciate all the excellent videos you publish my friend!
Wendy's is what it reminds me of, too. Perkins also had this style sun room. Great video. Thanks
Wow all that mold! I’m so glad you wore your respirator ! Cool video bro! ❤️👍🤘
Glade You and Greg wore respirators! This house is a cool Mid-Century, however, the mold is so bad that it's not saveable! Definitely needs to be demolished. That was an IceBox in the basement. Awesome Explore, Noah!
There must be huge and expensive regulations for tearing down and disposing of the remains of this extensively mold infested place. Amazing video. Another explorer did this and I look forward to enjoying your version of this place. Thank you.
6:01 the bathroom wallpaper looks like the moldy walls in the other parts of the house. I think I can see the mold communicating with the other mold on my high definition TV. Thanks for showing this house, very nice house besides the water damage.
With peace and love, do not risk your health for better sound quality. My bf and I watch your vids and we're constantly talking about how you should bring gloves and a mask with you always - even if you don't plan on finding an abandoned house. Maybe shoe covers too, just because you never know what you're going to come across. Good luck to you and keep up the good work! Stay safe
Hi Noah from West Virginia USA 🇺🇲 I like watching your videos 😊
The house was not built correctly, for all the mold on the walls & ceiling, I do hope the people who lived here, did NOT get ill because of it. I just subscribed, as I find your video's very relaxing, no loud music or foul language being used. Stay safe.
That is so sad - what a beautiful home that must have been and in such a stunning situation. Thanks Noah! Gill 🇬🇧
Based on the intercom system, I think this house was built in the 70’s
It's Still Better Than Living in a Van Down by the River!!!
I think that pink cabinet is an old fashioned cooling chest for meat and other perishables. The top part of the chest would be for ice. Used before refrigerators were common. Very cool video. Thanks.
18:52, it's an antique refrigerator / ice box
There is a clear flood line through the whole house. It almost looks like "half wall paper". The standing water in the freezer is a dead give away. Black mold runs rampant once you flood...
I saw this house by a different vlogger & I can’t believe how badly it has deteriorated since then , think you need to put your clothes in the wash too , don’t get ill for us. , safety first , take care x
You are such a gentleman love your videos

Thanks so much Kay!
The mold is because of the water next to it . Love the kitchen 😍 .TY❤
Cool old house, Noah! The window solarium porch was cool and also the brick throughout the house. My grandparents had that in their 40s home. Makes you wonder if they ever replaced any of the original materials to the house if the mold was that bad. Definitely had some flooding though.
What a shame! This house was probably remarkable in its prime, especially considering the selling price. I doubt it needs to be demolished, but definitely gutted.
I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a bad mould problem when they were living there and they had to leave. Thanks for doing the exploring even though really dangerous for you
I can hear you just fine Noah. Wish people would quit griping about it. This mold is disgusting, so gross! Definitely need to knock this one down. Nasty. Pity cause it's a nice house. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ALways a pleasure watching your videos Noah, thank you:)
that "radio" is the main panel for an intercom system - radio is just one feature it has. those intercoms were popular in the 1970s to 80s - a fad. had one in a childhood home - initially used it all the time until the novelty wore off.
That is one house built without any consideration for air ventilation. No chimneys, no air vents, no wonder it is destroyed by mould.
Looks like a flood based on the freezer full of standing water. Leaving it in this state could be the developer’s way of ensuring when they’re ready to demolish the house, their permit is approved. Too bad, because if it was redeveloped that property could have places to actually live in this housing crisis.
Looks like that little creek flooded the basement pretty high up and then winter came and broke a bunch of pipes. You cant recover anything after that.
Hi Noah I think you went above and beyond on this disgusting and gross mess. In a word EW🤮 I have never seen a house this bad with mold. There is no hope for this house. They should burn it down to kill all the mold. What’s up with that chest freezer full of black moldy water. Maybe that was the cause of the mold. Why would anyone want to fill a freezer with water? It also could be that the basement was once flooded. Just a gross mess🤮 Thank you Noah for being brave to show us this place. It certainly was an experience I want to forget. Stay safe and well.😱🤢
Lol on the Wendy's reference.
That house looks like it went through a flood! Wow. That’s awful! Must have a water problem somewhere. Lots of humidity and just plain dampness. Too bad-was a nice house. Now that one is a tear down for sure.
1000 watt high pressure sodium bulb in the basement. usually used to grow "plants".
Hello Noah, I just subscribed, so I'm your newest fan! 😊😂

Hey there! Thanks for being the newest fan!🤙🏻 I hope you enjoy all the videos you choose to watch 😀
The stone and brick on the outside could probably be saved but the inside would be a gut job from the basement floor to the attic. Studs and all would have to go. That would cost a small fortune to even try it. Such a shame.
I found the listing picture of when this house was for sale. Soooo different than the state that it's in now. Very sad.
Frame 18:40 I believe that is an very old Ice Box ! I think you put the block of ice in the top, an it keeps your food cold. Cool find ! :~)
Minus all the " Black Mold " ( scary stuff ) thats a really cool house, love the lay out & everything, the property is great too. But after seeing that freezer, made me think that creek must have overflowed & flooded the bottom of that house. Don't know where that place is, but it would be interesting to look back an see if that area had flooded in the past. Really enjoyed this trip. Always enjoy seeing what you'll uncover next ! :~)
The mold completely took over that house 😮
Thank you Noah...we don't want you to die buddy...be careful 🤗
Glad to see you are wearing a respirator!!! I can hear you fine!! So much mold!! Always glad to go on explores with you ❤ I really thought you should turn around and get out of there though!!❤ be safe and I will be waiting for another video in Illinois 😊
Down in the basement, that box thing that you opened, that’s an old icebox.
18:51 I was going to say ice box, but it looks like an early refrigerator.
I never seem so much mold. In the house Good things u have a mask on. They need to take the house down.. now 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Thanks for the awesome video
Loved it noah, got to be careful breathing in spores from mould.nice xplore.❤🇬🇧
The audio is perfect Noah. Your health is more important than anything.
That was an ice box, dry ice on top, bottom half you put food in to be cold, old refrigerator.
Strange the upper part of the house seems to be more moldy than the lower
Exactly NO REASON TO APOLOGIZE for wearing a mask. I think it should be wore more offen. I can't believe how much mold has overcome this place in such a short time. That's crazy! Good job once again.
Shew! That was some crazy bad mold in this house.
Bulldozer required , shes a goner , looks like the river has been thru there , greetings from New Zealand. 🙂
wow that's pretty bad man, yeah I don't blame you for using that mask your health is important and thank you for sharing with us we appreciate your work. :)
Did the house get flooded? Because that’s what it looks like!
@x-lcartage2545

Probably the roof leak, with the furnace running and all doors shut.
Wendy's back in the day?? Mine still has these solarium style windows, lol. What does that say about where I live? Maybe we're just a tad stuck in time, lol ✌️💜✌️💜
I wonder if the people moved out because of the mold and it started in the walls?
I bet that place was beautiful back in the day. I literally cringed just seeing that mold up close, I even held my breath! I am so glad you wore a respirator Noah! That's heavy duty mold for three years🤔
Hi lovley bungalow may be it’s been built on marsh land or was never given a damp corse lovley big bungalow tho x
The molds look like arts or done to decorate walls.
It’s had some flooding in there, it’s probably why the owners left
That was a cold box a fridge usedbeforevdryhomejsdpowsr
The dinner room has the worst of the black mold you can see
How is it this mouldy? That's crazy! It looks like it was underwater at some point?
Why would this home mold so fast?
This oneès a nice house.
What would cause so much mould!?
even with a mask on you would not get me in that house
Where is the garage entrance?
There's another man creeping around in there!
You should be clean shaven for a mask to give a proper seal...nice video's. Keep it going 👍
BLACK MOLD! Terrible and a pain to eradicate. It's a rebuilt at best. Black mold loves dry wall that's why it isn't on every single surface. Add excessive humidity and poor air circulation and you've got trouble.
L❤
Cool. Questions welcome. But does this guy reply to any msgs? Does not look like it.
Wow.. this place is horrible..to bad as the layout is great.. what a shame 🫠
I don't blame you for wearing a mask.
Awesome 👍🏾.. looks good to move in, deep cleaning 🧼 🧹, repairing, decorating nicely 😁 sad 😢
