MILLION DOLLAR VANLIFE WHEEL ESTATE | Van Life at The Jersey Shore | Complete Van Tour

For those of you that have visited the Jersey Shore, will know that the "Ocean Avenues" up and doen the shoreline are lined with multi -million dollar homes that sit vacant most of the year but can also be rented for 5-10K or more, a week in the peak season. Imagine waking up to the waves crashing and being able to watch the sunrise, sunset and the fireworks while parked in your van camper, FOR FREE on land that is valued in the millions. Kenny from NYC has been staying in Ocean Grove NJ for a while now and he was nice enough to provide a complete walk through style tour of his 2002 Xplorer Dodge RAM Van 3500.

This is the only one I have ever commented on. It was great. His idea of saving the water as he waits for water to heat up is a great idea for people any where. I always hate wasting that water and I have water. He has a comfortable attitude and life. Good for him.

Patrick is a great interviewer, because he listens to his guests, instead of talking over or interrupting them. At first, I thought the NYC guy was a little shy or tentative, but Patrick soon had him sharing details like they were old friends.

As a matter of fact, Roadtrek and others copied the Xplorer design, as Xplorer was one of the first Class B's of its kind. The Roadtrek 200 and 210 widebody models were Roadtreks answer to Xplorer.

I’m a year late to this video. Yet, I considered this a homage to those that did this before the modern technology came about. Even his idea about filling the gallon jug with the wasted water that would be running down the drain before the water heats up. Knowledge from experience. Just because you have the best technology doesn’t take the place of common sense and what you can still learn from someone more experienced. This interview opened my ears and mind to real life Van camping. What it really requires to live in an RV or Van. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful blessing of knowledge with the rest of us. 🍻

This was a nice interview Patrick ...I like how you let him share his experience and talk about his van especially when we know that you know about these things....very very nice ... I wonder if he is able to convert his back window to an egress window ???
