Hi guys. I use long tools and holders in the video because there is a large gap between the bottom of the spindle and the work table.

Our DNM 750L is the same way. I have to elevate the material or run super long tools if I want to reach the table. Definitely not a fan.

Очень круто наблюдать за работой на современном оборудовании и хорошим инструментом, сам сейчас учусь работать на чпу, правда наши станки крайне древние и подобную плиту недели 2 пришлосьбы делать, чертежи приходится загонять сначала в компас а уже оттуда по координатам руками переписывать в станок.

i would have had to rough a pocket on the other side if i needed it to go thru before i cut that close to the table haha

When you know your machine, and you have the skills, you can save precious time not adding unnecessary operations as you suggest, you better watch and take notes

Kinda dumb how the company that makes this machine didn’t allow the spindle to travel all the way down, you should bolt down a riser plate and machine it flat, you will get more rigidity and use shorter tools that way

Вот работают же нормально как люди! Курят, потому что знают, что ничего от этого не случится. Стропят, кантуют груз без каски, потому что это безопасно, бля! Минимум рабочей одежды, именно то, и только то, что надо для работы! А у нас в России? Понапридумывали всякой ЙУХНИ, чтобы выслужиться и получить премию за разработку правил ТЕХНИКИ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ НА ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕ. РАбочий вынужден в жару быть одетым как дебил, во всех СИЗах! ЭТО нельзя, ТУДА нельзя! Снял очки - вот тебе, сука, штраф! Ну, а если закурил за станком, всё! УВОЛИТЬ по 33 статье - по горбатой! Если рабочему станет плохо из-за жары, потому что на нем сто одежек и все без застежек (по ТБ положено), то значит слабый здоровьем, на мед комиссию его. А раздеваться, снимать куртку, каску и т.д. и т.п. нельзя! ТБ! АТАТА! В общем всё, чтобы рабочий ЗАЙЭБАЛСЯ!
