Yea I'm hammering those out in under 10 minutes on a machine that costs 1/2 as much.

No offense to whoever programmed this, but to have this terribly optimized program running in a robotic cell seems almost criminal. I could make those parts in conservatively, 40% of the time

I see this often on here and im not even a professional programmer or machinist. There's some process optimisation to be had here i think.

@@wrighty338 being a programmer for the last 7 years and only being 29 years old, I'm aware I don't know even close to everything about machining. But I tend to think I know what I am doing relatively well and I would never in my wildest dreams put a program like this out into our shop to run a production part

This video is for customers that have asked to see machined parts in action. To eliminate coolant spray from getting on the camera, sacrifices in speed and efficiency need to be made. We are not trying to show off here 😁
