In this video I am looking at the differences between silk organza and cotton organdie. Where does silk come from? Is it ethical? What is a plain weave fabric? And what makes organdy organdy? I’ll also talk about some ideas about how these fabrics can be used in a millinery context.

Thank you so much for the explanation, I’ve literally stumbled across this and I’m about to source fabrics for flower making (beginner) and was trying to decide between organza and organdi! I will probably buy both as you say lots of different samples I’d probably better! Your videos are soo helpful! Thank you xx
