Millcreek 57 Manuer Spreader

Just bought a millcreek 57 manure spreader from www.millcreek.co.uk and am very happy with it. We don't have any previous experience with larger agro machinery, plentry of practice with the scythe but not with the machines, so can't make much of a comparison but it looks good quality and well built.
p.s the problem I had in the video, with the long chain sometimes coming off, or not sitting properly on the large hotted wheel I've fixed by removing the wheel and adjusting the large toothed wheel slightly. Seems ok but will test in a few months again.

Yep, I bet thats a lot of manure, ours pile up, but we have no problem putting it on the garden or back on to the medows, but its extra work of course but worth it. Some people just don't know whats good for them :) Its a nice machine, I'm very happy with it, I've only used it for a week and now its back in the shed for the whole year, but it worked well, pulled behind our 4x4 as I didn't want to get a tractor or go in that direction

Thanks for this helpful video - I've been considering purchasing a Mill Creek spreader but wasn't sure if I could justify the price. It looks like it may be worth it.

A minor point, but the wheels are are the wrong sides, being ground driven.

Why's that then ? Its a review by a person, who's only ever had one spreader, put it together himesf, as it was shipped over seas and perhaps didn't follow all the instructions, but figured it out. I don't critise it, I'm ver happy with the qulity and function, and would recomend it over what I saw on the market, But its the only one i've used.
