Milky Way timelapse compilation & relaxation - 4K

The milky way is such a common subject to shoot for stills and timelapse. While many sequences feature wide-angle shots of our home galaxy, there seem to be lacking many close-ups (medium format, deep-sky timelapse). That's how I made the latter my specialty over the past 4 years, with a hand-crafted workflow that enabled me to produce some of the best detailed/colored time lapses of the milky way on the market for that resolution.
As promised, here comes the second compilation featuring only milky way scenes after so many requests. In this 16-minute video, I featured my best shots showcasing the milky way in wide and close up shots, but also near regions that are rarely shown. It represents 5 solid years of hard work shooting in sometimes extremely harsh conditions. The video is a way for me to showcase all my work in sort of a milky way reel but it is also the occasion to produce something that people can set on repeat in their living room when they have guests, or just enjoy whenever they need to escape.
All was shot with the Sony a7s, a7rII and 2 Canon 6D astromodified, a variety of bright lenses ranging from 14mm to 500mm. For motion control I used the Syrp 3-axis Genie I system and also the Vixen Polarie. All post production was made in Lr with the special timelapse plus plugin, Sequence for mac, TLDF, and final production was made in FCPX. I hope you like the movie as much as I liked shooting and processing it and I thank everyone of you for your support. Hi, I have a question. Since you're doing time-lapse at night, did you ever record flashes of blueish light that only appear in single photos? Because I see them in my observations and have no idea what they are. Maybe you stumbled across the same thing and have an explanation. If so I would be very grateful to hear what you think. Thanks!

I've only seen the MILKY WAY once in my 76 yrs of life. We were camping on some farm land in another state (Pennsylvania) and I couldn't sleep that night. So I stepped outside into a clearing and saw this massive "thing" take up 1/2 my view of the sky!! I just froze there in complete awe!

We're at times so preoccupied with the unimportant things in this fleeting life (ie. politics, chasing money etc.) but the real stuff is all around us. The beauty of life from the molecular level all the way to the astronomic. This video adds another piece to the question of the purpose of life. We're truly living in a real life 'sci-fi' universe.
I wish there was a national Go Dark Day once a year even if it was for one minute, just one minute so we all can enjoy for one minute the majority of the unfiltered Sky.

GOOSEBUMPS...AWESOME
I remember that night seeing the milky way for the first time.. absolutely beautiful. God's creation is just remarkable.
Called "milky" way...you know from where milk comes, not a coincidence, like everything surrounding you... Beautiful mother galaxy, ours.It is an illusion you are seeing, past and future but not the present. The present, you carry it on your back wherever you cross, in a light vessel...Everything you are seeing is a movie, you can't reach it, something God shows you to make you understand where do you come from, an educational projection to tech you how to count, and grow up, but not intended to go in, it would be like breaking inside a TV box...all what you will find is death, nothing alive. Very beautiful indeed, it's a shame that we cannot see it clearly now, pollution...as if human and beauty are two words that cannot be put together.
Unbelievably hard work put in. The compilation is beautiful.
