@@2ojosh08 she's not the best vocalist in the world, but she could still sing. No one could take that from her. Like a lot of older folks want to discredit talented popular singers like Ariana Grande, for example, or even Miley because their songs might not be of substance sometimes. But their lyrics aside, their vocal ability is still there. I just think Miley is going in a new direction with her music. She has been different after BANGERZ and Feelin Myself and 23 and the VMAs w Robin Thicke and getting back with Liam. She's been going the country, rock, alternative type of feel. I'm not here for it which is why I don't listen to her anymore, but this girl could still sing. Her style is just different. Like listen to her sing the Climb on Jimmy Fallon was it? Or don't dream it's over with Ariana at One Love Manchester. Miley could sing.

    1. Weed isn't ruining her voice people. She's been smoking for a while, and her voice would have shown it much sooner. 2. This is the last song after an hour set where she was dancing and singing 3. She was obviously having some tech issues Miley Cyrus is truly an underrated singer/performer, and I would encourage you to watch/listen to other songs/performances of her if this one didn't seem good to you. Update lol: 1. Smoking of any sort over an extended period of time will damage your vocal cords. So will overworking your voice for years as Miley has stated. 2. She had vocal surgery after a Reinke's edema diagnosis and she's learned more about her voice. 3. Plastic Hearts comes out on November 27th, 2020.

Makeupbymolliw her voice is being affected by weed cigarettes and hard liquor there is no reason that after a 1 hour set of dancing and singing that a singer ( In her prime) should sound like that. Yes I know she is human and can have off days but as of late she has had more off than good. She should take better care of her voice not saying she isn’t but she might need to see a vocal coach and doctor so see if she can recover from this. She is amazing I have loved her for a long time, but in the same breath she hasn’t been looking out for her instrument like she should be.

You could argue that you don't like the style she's performing in, but her choice to sing that way is stylistic and not forced. She's had professional voice training since she was 5, I think she knows what she's doing. She also sounds pretty tired, it's near the end of her set.
