I ended up buying four Ohtsu fp7000's from Discount Tire. The price savings will help out with my suspension issue. I don't drive much so they should work out well. I did quite a bit of research. It's the wet traction that I was looking for. I think they were $74 per tire without all the add ons.

The milestar are awesome tires. The ms 932 rides smooth. Also they balance really easy. The tires are crafted very well. The tire shop was very impressed with them and how easy they balanced. Said that meant they were made very well. They balance tires daily and some of the "name brand " tires take more to balance. Tire shops use off brand tires also. The offbrand a lot of times are made by common or name brand companies to offer value. Not to name drop so I wont. But this tire is a great one. The price keeps going up showing its popularity and growing use.

These milestars a great I had some on my charger and they where great if you looking to buy check out simple tire always have in stock and great prices

I bought those in sport model from Walmart 3 years ago. I didn't care for them. Now I have Tirekingdom budget tire named EPIC TOUR, not bad so far

I put Milestars on my Accord and they are great tires. Just replaced them today with another set of Milestar's.

Mine lasted 3 years. Can’t complain, just bought a new set!

I usually use Yokohama tires but I had a tire blow between my checks, and the others had maybe 15% tread. So I paid about 70 bucks(each) for these tires through a tire shop. Of course that's after labor, so all in all after labor and tax I paid 292 and some change. And so far I'm happy with them. Good choice for someone who isn't yet able to pay for name brand tires or those who just don't want too.

I've been tire shopping for weeks now. Narrowed it down to some Hankook Kinergy PT's but every time I watch a review of one of these cheap tires I'm tempted to revert to my cheapskate past. 😄

Take my advice, but the Hankook Kinergy ST tires because they are of much better quality and made in the U.S.A. unlike these tires and have far superior tire ratings in every category.

Both Sentury and Milestar (the MS932) are tested by Consumer Reports and do well. In the ratings categories they have game. Mfg's and CR estimates of tread life are very comparable. I feel comfortable taking a chance...although when Costco puts BFGoodrich on sale (via discounted or 1 cent installation) they are an awfully good deal, almost comparable to the Sentury and Milestar.

Its a pretty damn good tire i would reccomend them

I bought 4 and 3 blew within 3 months. I have staggered, my fronts are 265-30-22s and the backs are 295-**-22s. Maybe the low profiles just blow easily. The first one busted one day after I bought them.

Amazon has been selling tires for many years now. I bought 2 tires for my car back in 2015 or 2016. Now i need all 4. Im thinking of these milestars. In the size that i need walmart has them a few bucks cheaper.

Walmart did indeed start selling these tires recently. You can buy the entire line of milestar tires from them! I have used several of they highway tires, All terrains, and mud terrains from them. at the time of this video recording, it was uncommon to see tires on amazon.

I have '10 Focus similar to your wife's. Mine has 215/45/17. Had Michelins, but probably selling the car in a year or two so didn't want to buy the pricey tires this time. I considered this model, but I opted instead for the General Tire Exclaim HPX A/S, priced at $80 each and usually in stock at most Walmarts. It rides well, handles well, and is quiet, made in USA also if that's important.

Bought these for the same 2010 focus and same tire size. They rode good. Good in the rain. Got about 55,xxx outta them. Not bad for the price

These tire brand are also available in walmart they will charge $15 per tire for mounting and balancing.

Many Walmart tire centers are still closed due to covid. There's only one open in my large city. You can have tires shipped there for pick up though. The manager told me he was booked up for 3 weeks!

@@blueslime1703 They fixed a slow leak in a tire for ten bucks, while I shopped. I wouldn't have any problems using them for new tires but they're booked up for 3 weeks. I ended up at Discount Tire.

I am looking at a set of these for my car. Replacing a set of highly rated cooper tires that are worn out. Car is older and it’s a Saab so cheap is key! You like em ok? They ok in the rain? Thx. Good video

@gagefixeseverything i had these exact same tires on my 2014 focus SE hatchback with a sport package. they put cooper zeon's on it from the factory. when they wore out i bought these exact tires...they were QUIETER and better ride than the original coopers. i sold the car so i cant speak for how long they last or how they wear...but for the price.... if i got 30k miles out of them i can buy them 3 times before a michelin or brand name tire with a higher mileage warranty and still pay less. HIGHLY recommended

I got some new wheels for my 2020 Mustang GT and I want some cheap tires just to get my wheels on the car. Would you recommend these tires? I just do street driving and won’t be using these tires in the snow. So will they perform fine in dry, hot, cold, and rainy conditions. My rears would be 285/30/20 and fronts 255

They are still excellent tires. I have purchased 3 other sets for passenger cars. 1 set of mud terrains, and 1 set of all terrain milestar brand tire.

I think that title is misleading. One, they're not Amazon tires. He simply purchase them from Amazon. Also, why not say reasonably priced tires as opposed to cheap. Using the word cheap, is commonly associated with lower quality. There are plenty of people who have paid an arm and a leg for tires and were disappointed. That includes Michelin tires.

When this video was made, it was 100% accurate. At the time, these tires were completely untested and reviewed. I was one of the first people to ever try them. There was no way to know if they were "reasonably priced" or cheap garbage. That's what the video was for. Now a few years later, this is a main stream confirmed brand that even Walmart carries now! Which is pretty cool.

They look like a clone of the Michelin Primacy MXV4. The Michelin cost each what you paid for all 4 of these so if they perform anywhere near the way the Michelins perform they're a bargain. You could buy 4 sets of 4 for the price of one set of 4 Michelins.

Mile star tires have been around for a very very long time and they have always been good low cost tires. I honestly don't understand why you're comparing the load index in speed rating of these tires to other tires, neither one of those things have anything to do with the price of the tire, a load index of 91 and a speed rating of "V" mean exact same thing on a $20 tire as they do on a $250 tire, as a mechanic I would think you would know that. What would be more important is initial tread depths, That the tire is M+ S rated. (Mud + Snow), Manufacturers tread wear warranty and how The tire actually handles and different driving situations. The actual weight of the tire means absolutely nothing to anyone except for maybe the people shipping it.

I bought 4 nangkang tires plus professional installation that amazon has set up with local stores. Free shipping. I paid $200 total including tax and installation. Good year wanted $690 hell no Edit: they rode so smooth and also no tire noise A year before for another car i went to walmart and got douglas tires 4 for $347 installed omg the tire noise drove me insane. Never again will i buy those tires

What some good tires for 04 ford Expedition 265/70R17 to buy off Amazon

I put the 225/50/17’s on my 2012 Malibu back in 2015. I’m just now needing a new set. I got little over 47,000 miles out of them. However I didn’t find them for $45. I ordered them from discount tire direct.com for l think $72/tire

@@TheGaginator I’m actually about to order some more for my Malibu. They’re great tires for the price. I hear people complain about noise but mine don’t. I had Bridgestone ecopia before I put milestars on and they didn’t last 25,000 miles. JUNK!

I bought these thinking I was going to get a good deal. One blow out, a slight vibration after I got them that no one can pinpoint and two random wearing tires later, I cut my losses and bought name brand tires. I got lucky the blow out didn't happen at high speed, it was about 40mph. I'm glad I bought the Milestar tires however, because it taught me the value of buying low quality products.

What happened?

I had these about 5 years ago. Junk ass bullshit. They were out of round and shook at highway speeds. Rebalanced 3x. Thought my suspension was bad. Replaced a ton of parts. One day I swapped in another set of wheels just for looks and my car rode smooth as shit. Saved 200 on tires but cost me $1200 in other repairs. These weren’t my only cheap set to do this either. Way too much runout from these cheap brands. You get what you pay for.

These tires are actually very decent tires. And they’re not the cheapest you can buy according to this guy. I’ve seen some tires I wouldn’t pay a wooden nickel for. I’ve had these on my car for six years now and just no needing to replaced them.

Firstly I believe I was conned into the tire. I’m finding out that these are budget friendly tires(I didn’t pay for a budget friendly tire) I took a ride 45 minutes out of town. When I got ther the tire was lumped up. Needless to say it was a very bumpy and stressful ride home

GageFixesEverything no they did not! They told me to take a loss with them and go half on another tire. I said now because I am losing twice. So I ended up having to go to another company get some tires. Gave them two bad Google reviews and left it at that

If these tires are manufactured in China I would stay clear of them, bargain price or not. Most Chinese tires are junk to the point of being dangerous as many of their brands have been pulled off the store shelves by the federal government due to high failure rates.

Cheap China tires have a market. I wouldn’t put them on US cars with your typical heavy car/suv where drivers tend to hit 80mph during certain commutes. You’re right they are fine for a casual city driver. They are not meant for high end, performance cars. Despite the high price of name brand tires there is some effort that goes into developing tires where US drivers hit crazy speeds and even more important, the tire manufacturers here can be found liable in a litigation brought about by a surviving loved one. You won’t see that in China! The moment I heard you say...for the wife...ayup. These cheapo tires have horrible compounds and belt technology. You may get away with them when driving with safety in mind. I dont think I would even recommend these for my x-wife. Wait. Yeah I kinda would. Glad they are working out for you. As always if you find something that works for you and at a good price go for it!

These tires are trash do not buy. I’ve had these tires on my Nismo 370 Z, and my Audi R8. They wear out in mere months. On my R8 they wore out in 3 months. I just got my car inspected and was told I need new tires soon. I just got these tires at the end of August when you look at the tires the wear indicator bar is almost even with the tread which means they are almost bald. Just to satisfy the curious. I had an alignment and corner balancing done so when they went so fast I got them checked. The tech told me my car was perfect and didn’t need an alignment the tires didn’t hold up and I did no burnouts or donuts. I had them on two different cars with the same result. Spend a $100 more on some Coopers, they are way better
