world peace might be a candidate.
This young man is tearing the Tenor up splendidly. I love Lady Bird and they are truly giving me the exhilaration l look for in this song. EVERYONE is swinging.

I believe it was borrowed from the Red Rodney/Dick Oatts recording of Ladybird

I like it but the Dameron turnaround is iconic for this song.
Nice set!! Certainly one of the better things about you tube is to be able to "attend" a set like this, however briefly and long ago. The musicians are top notch!! Thanks!!
Excellent Sax solo ! Everyone is excellent!
Fantastic version of this jazz classic! Bravo!
Sounds so good. Love the bass player.
I love how not only am I able to listen to such wonderful music, but I am able to see jazz being played. Such a great video!
So beautiful! I wanted to see more of trumpetist and pianist while soloing.

I know this was posted 3 years ago but actually I think it's a reference from "four"

Yeah although Four was actually written later, I would assume they're trying to quote Four hence their name "The Miles Davis Project Band"
Do you have a high quality audio recording of this performance?
