Your tile job is bad. The tiles are probably at an angle, or the hinges are not screwed in all the way to the wall.this can be fixed by backing up on the hinge screws and placing a plastic 1/8" shim behind the hinge on the side that is slanted. then grout in the gap.

Thanks, however this isn't my shower. It was a B&B I stayed at while out in Cali.
