I fondly recall the towering DUOMO and our scary walking tour of its roof. La GALLERIA is quite unique and your beautiful panoramic shots of these great and iconic wonders were a veritable feast for the senses. If you are in Milano again, it is worth taking a day trip to Bergamo. I was thinking this because you were saying how much you ( understandably) love church interiors. The Santa Maria Maggiore in Bergamo Alta has one of the most breathtaking interiors of any church ever. It's just beautiful xx

Can I tell you I’m totally loving your outfits. The polka dot romper is my fave which I’ll now be googling to try and find a similar one 😁 Milan is totally gorgeous and love all the food picks which I’m jotting down.

Hi!! Foodie friend, you are actually making me sad.. I would have been back today from my trip to BC & Alberta. We had to cancel because Alberta was in a state of emergency. We were really looking forward to Lake Louise of Banff Alberta. I would have had wonderful vlogs by now. Pretty sad we had to cancel. We were going to also do wine country in Kelowna, and Vancouver. Vancouver has Stanley Park and the lovely Sequoia trees. It also has a great food scene. There is a restaurant here and in BC called Miku that makes great sushi, if you love sushi it is more high end. If not there is a more fine dining restaurant in Vancouver called ST. Lawrence for more French/Canadian cuisine. As for the rest I am not sure as it would have been my first time in BC as well. I hope you are doing well, and I wish you a lovely trip. Maybe we’ll see each other next year in Italy, because there is no way I can stay away any longer!!! 🥲

@@ladolcelisa My lovely foodie friend it would be amazing to meet up in Italia next year even for a drink with your boyfriend. I love sushi beyond doubt And I truly appreciate your insights on where to eat and visit in Vancouver I am super excited I know and I will actually be able to do my first hockey night in Canada November 2 when New York rangers will face the Canucks.

Other than the cathedtral and the Di Vinci painting what else can you do/see in Milan?

userdetails1 I would highly recommend visiting the Navigli (especially Naviglio Grande) canal of Milano. As a tourist, you really only need a day or two in Milan. There is also the castle you can visit in addition to the sites you have mentioned. I hope this helps ☺️

Awww we must have be there at the same time (just uploaded a vlog too) Just returned from a 2 week stay in Lake Garda. We did a trip to Milan, Venice and Verona while we were there. Love Italy, one of my favourite country’s, and don’t get me started on the food 😋 lol

next time you go again, theres a gelateria called Amorino right at the entrance to galleria from piazza del duomo, its much better than cioccolati italini in my opinion, thers also one in Brera

Amorino is a franchise that I have seen in many cities, I’ve still yet to try it, so next time I see it I will give it a try ☺️

It’s mostly an inside joke, but my favourite statue of him is in Campo de’ Fiori in Rome, and I always acknowledge it when I go by. He was an incredible man.
