Thank you so much for this easy and amazing recipie. I tried this today and it came out really good. I had tried 2 other recipes from other channels last week which were a flop. I had almost given up the hope to bake a Christmas cake this year and that’s when I came across this recipie. Since it was very simple and easy I thought of giving it a go and I am glad I tried. Super plum cake chechi Happy Christmas 😊

This looks awesome I will surely try. At the end of the video you spoke about adding only Clove powder. Last year i had made 2 plum cakes( your recipe only) one was adding only clove powder and in the other one i added clove cinnamon and nutmeg powder. Definitely the cake in which only clove was added tasted better. I feel adding too many spices overpowers the taste and we won't get the flavour of other things added in the cake. So yes adding only clove powder is good. And yes this cake will be more moist than the cake you made last year because of curd. I think combination of egg and curd makes the cake super moist. I have tried your apple cake and trust me that was the moistest cake i have ever baked or eaten elsewhere.
