    thing is though he never became TRULY broke, Mike as a person is worth MILLIONS due to his marketability alone. Most people who are broke can't use their image alone to get opportunities to create millions of dollars. Still good to see he grew as a person though, more than a lot of people can say.

    It is sad watching professional athletes go bankrupt so fast. 80% of NFL players are broke after 3 years of retiring. And honestly, it's not their fault; they never learned how to handle money when they were young. Glad Tyson seems to have learned from it. Albeit a massive loss in the process.

    At the end of this story I am in tears. It’s so hard to hear what appears to be a genuinely kind and thoughtful man talk about how he destroyed his entire life and yet was able to crawl back up from the pit.
