The fendt 1050 would get up to speed faster if Ashtyn didn’t pack you so much food and load the cab down. 😂🥬🍕🥨🍉🍓🥝🥕🥯🥐🍰🍜🤣
All your tractors look like a dream come true to this recently retired old fella! It's a little hard for me to imagine how big and heavy your fully loaded 84 foot air seeders are! When it can load down a huge tractor to 1.3 mph you know you are a pulling! Keep up the great videos = I watch them every morning!

Its amazing isnt it. I haven't planted grain for 35 years and that cab with all the computers in it is like a spaceship compared to the tractor and drill I last used.

Yep, you really need to appreciate the torque that's required to be translated to traction, it's incredible, these are not 1st world problems, is Canada a first world? Asking for a friend🥴😁
Fendt are greatest in european conditions. In europs we speak Fendt=transport, johny=fields. Fendt are reallly universal and mercedes on the roads. Greetings from Poland
It is strange how it feels like Mike is one of my good friends... even though we never met, and he lives on the other side of this globe. Thanks for doing what you do Mike 👊
Hi Mike, The 1050 at 1550 RPM is making 368HP at 18.4 GPH, which gives you a little more power to run at that 4.9 MPH. The engine isn't laboring so much and it sounds good. Been raining off & on here in Northern Illinois. The farmers this spring planted in dry soil and a very cool weather. I pray that you get some rain. Excellent videos that you put out and tell like it really is. Thanks Mike.
We ❤U2 Ashtyn !
Hey Mike i am from Germany we have a fendt 1050 too. Our 1050 have a Engine tuning (585 horsepower). Just do it too and your 1050 will run 7mph up hill with drill:) Sry for bad english

if you tune the tractor you lose your warranty!!! and that's one of the most important things for Mike. The warranty you get from the manufacturer when buying a new tractor

Heard about that too. Apparently someone in tuned it up to 600hp and also turned off AdBlue.
Mike’s the guy that takes his shoes off on the plane
Mike I’ve been watching KZread for about 10 years now, it’s my main source of entertainment. To say that your my favorite KZreadr is a huge compliment from me. Keep it up👍🏼
Fendt needs to up their tractor to the next size and use the big 16L MAN engine used in the Ideal 10. Love the videos Mike!
I can't handle that changing engine revs either. Drives me nuts!
Generous time of pure cab riding there, thanks
Mike , I really love your videos. It would be cool if you could get Ashton views on her tractor, or leave her with a camera.

That black lunch box heater design is very reliable and I used one for many years for hot meals driving over the road. I to had rewind the video to check that your latches broke off too. Lol

You visited agritechnica you considerd a claas xerion instead of 1050 ?
I don't know but the 1050 is just blissful to watch doing anything. Thanks you Mike for letting the world behold the experience of this fascinating machine :).
You have the BEST farming videos in all of KZread
You south a great person that's wy I enjoy to watch your videos and I also learn a lot about your country farming with by the way I have family there
It’s really great to hear an unbiased opinion on these bits of kit. Good luck.
Mike, your description of the JD transmission was hilarious. Thanks!
Men, I love the 1050. Thank you Mike for sharing your experience driving this beautiful tractor.
Love your hammer/screwdriver/wrench analogy for the different tractor colours😀 Brilliant. And right!!😃
Mr. Mitchell, always enjoy your videos. You live and farm in beautiful big sky country.
Mike, your equipment technical knowledge is amazing.
The old lunchbox stove... us truckers been using them for decades; they work 👍
Thanks Mike for the great content! I think the Fendt is doing pretty good and it is a good looking machine. Ashton‘s first choice, can’t be a bad tractor. And for all the Johny or Case lovers out there: Mike without Fendt would be like the Welkers without their Buds. Nobody wants this! Can‘t wait to see the Fendt two track in action. 😊 It‘s been a long waiting. Mike keep on Fendting! 👍
yeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssss. the moment we have waited for.
That tractor really sounds sweet at 1550rpm. Another top video. Mike tells it like it is👍🏻
Wow 57,500 pounds on that thing! I was thinking it was in the high 30s, maybe low 40s!
Great video Mike! Thanks!
Great analogy … it’s a tool box to get the job done …. Mike and coffee in the morning ..
i was waiting for this video long time, very nice one. thanks Mike
Great video. I like all of your tractors. Have a safe time.
Loving the videos Mike keep em coming !!

I like a da carpet but its 2021 not 1980. I still run a 1980 2390 Case. Its got carpet everywhere. I betcha ya wont get any special treats in your lunchbox tomorrow Mike.
Love the videos Mike. Keep'em coming
Thanks for information. I take advice from you the people who actually do the work . Hello from Ireland we love the videos TXS .
Red, green, blue, yellow..... its all awesome stuff. Who doesnt love machinery??? Ill quit my job now to come up and work for you with just the hopes to even clean one of those beautiful machines.
Mr Mitchell, I’m a rancher in Texas. I know nothing about farming. I’ve been watching your videos for a year or so.. I’m glad you explained why you have the fendt tractors, I could not figure out. Keep up the good work!!
Mike is the best farming youtuber cuz he talks about farming and doesn’t just show it. And your just hilarious
Keep up the good work Mike on our farm our biggest tractor is a new holland t7 275 heavy duty
looks amazing the triples on the 1050
Those drills are monsters. We run 2x 60 ft corn planters. They look like babies in comparison. 🤣
Mike I would like to see a comparison between the 1050 and the Johnny popper 2 track
Mike, we were pulling 80 and 84 ft vaderstad drills with 980 carts with 580 case and 620 quads at 1600-1650rpm no trouble even after 2inches of rain and snow hahah!
Thanks Mike. I appreciate all the time, effort and energy you put into your videos. God Bless you and the family.
lol, i dont know if all mikes are the same but i can sure relate. i need white noise while i sleep, no change in noises. i drive all year round with my window open, even if its -40 to make sure all noises are proper. another pain about us mikes, we always look to find the best solution and efficiency even if it takes all day screwing around to find that optimum spec. once a mike is dialed in, it is perfect, no one else can compare. it isnt easy being a mike, but we sure do make things easier for the rest of the world once we figure things out ;) thanks for feeding the world mike.
Fendt and Deere they are all great tractors. RPM/Torque, my dad taught me there is the right sound to the engine and everyone has a sweet spot for the task. When it came to diesel engines he had the knack.

One of the best vids.
Well just thinking about it mike you make the best videos you take the time to tell us how things work
Mike, you are so correct, every color equipment has its pros and cons and you have to decide which works for you. You take care.
The notification more happy 🔝 all videos are awesome
A dream would be a new 1079 with the new cabin. fendt / agco already has the right engine in the ideal 10. --> 790 HP 😅😉 --> @Mike: give Fendt a call 😅
👍enjoy your videos immensely your wife is awesome
When do we get to see old 12 tire johnny do some work? I think Mike is the BEST KZreadr on KZread. 😆 .
Pretty funny story getting across the highway. When are we going to see some speed goats? Great channel.
Thanks Mike!!
3:40 had that on Thursday, ha, cheers!
Great question.
im with you on the carpets thing, i used to drive a quadtrac at nights on tillage and taking your shoes off to relax is so nice
I also use that little oven in my truck and it’s really nice
I like all the tractors. If they get the job done then im happy. All the tractor companies make good tractor's.
I'm not a carpet person but when I know i'm going to sit for a while I definitely take my shoes off. Of Course the broom is in every machine
Your massive drills are awesome and all of the massive equipment you’ve got I wish I could work for you one day on your massive farm on my small 2000 acre farm we only have a small 3m drill
I was tempted to come on over and eat your supper hahahahh have a good one buddy
Love your videos and when you talk about equipment. Been saying it for years, every brand has their pros AND cons. Just too bad most everyone around me has been brainwashed to think ol' JD is best for everything.

Mitchell in the morning oh, the best way to start your day.
I love John Deere that's all I have but you are right they all shift slow
Glad to hear about the lack of carpet. I don't like taking off my shoes all the time. So when I come up and work for you I won't be taking my boots off and all day.
Great awesome video mike ,
What about the New Holland pevet steers Ps Love the videos And love the detailed Break down you do Explaining everything works
Always awsome Mike ! May be the 1100 vario will be the best of both worlds ?!
Mike we had nothing but issues with raven gps this year, every day at 3pm it would drop satellite got the upgraded and worked fine lol souther Saskatchewan as well! Glad we were not alone in the battle haha
Wonderful information you give about different makes good to know but here in Colombia south America no that kind of big equipment
Great video
The gps mishap is like your deadman’s switch. It’s there to keep you up and alert
Just Amazing
I’m a Deere guy and I love your unbiased honesty. They all have their pros and cons.
Polish lunch in a German tractor lol. I'm really starting to like those Fendts.
That's a beautiful 😍tractor. Thanks
awesome tractor
Hi Mike. The 1050 is only producing about 430hp @1200 rpm
@paulpence8895

its a tractor for the European market,,, he knows better... his operation is the exception, not the rule. they need a 1000hp tractor that weighs 150,000lbs pulling a 150' drill... doesnt exist, and he knows it... its awesome he gives honest opinions, but those opinions are his, from his farm,,, which is not the norm.... no manufactures make what they need...
Lol I had perogies and sausage last night in the tractor.
Not too many Carpet people out there! Some but not many!lol
Hi Mike. The soil testing guy must be getting a bit worried about the stuck list!!!!!
I just loved your JD shifting routine ;D But I totally agree with your stand on picking brands. I like to say "let the amateurs argue what brand is best. A pro will always make the one in his hands work". Also, it´s not just about the brand where I´m from. You need a good dealer too. This is usually more important around here. BTW, you guys are so cute I´m starting to worry about getting diabetes ;) Keep it up - those little sparks are so important :)
Nice tractor Mike....and I get why manufacturers want high torque low reving engines....but I agree with you, it's a pain in the butt when the ems keeps fluctuating the revs and doesn't keep the engine revving even when not under load....
Mike you could be in Fendt sales 👋or auctioneer 👌
Tis' a wise man that let's his wife have her iron back when she wants it.
Hi Mike, thanks for the hard work to load up every day a video. Do you test in the next harvestseason a new Claas Combine?

I was at a place that had 2 Fendts same numbers and 1 or 2 serial # apart one pulled best @ 12 to 15% droop and the other did it's best @ 4 to 7%.
We have one thing in common, i to like the. Continuing revs, can’t stand the revs going up and down all day .
What’s your TMS settings, definitely keep it manual 4% load setting, auto tries all the time to save fuel by keeping RPM down
Great vid Mike. I agree on running carpet, take shoes off, feet can relax. Thats what I love about your channel, you own all brands and are not biased. So is the 1050 underpowered?
Awesome 👌😀
Possibly Ashtyn programmed the display error message and beeping into the 1050 just prior to you getting into her cab so as to slightly irritate you so that you don’t get too comfortable and to speed up her return to her comfortable home away from home 😂🤣

@@mikemitchell2554 Just watched Austin’s video on the new Fendt 1162 so hopefully it is due to arrive at your place shortly or maybe that has already happened since your videos are behind by about a month.
Finally 😄
Could you do a video on the John Deere four track versus the two track comparison
Are the Deere 4 tracks able to hold 4.8 mph on hills with the 86 ft drills? Also, have you tried planting with the 9620r you recently acquired? Would like to see how it compares with the tracks. Thank you for the great videos. Always enjoy them.

Think his father in-law is using the 9620R since they hooked is up to his drill last time that tractor appeared
