I have recordings of him singing in French Spanish Italian and prob more. He has to be the most versitile volcalist with the highest range I have ever heard without a voice tuner.

Yes, it's Roy Paci (pronounced in English: 'Roy Pah-ch-y'). A great trumpeter! This is such a great showcase for him, and Patton's voice. Great show!!
