And what you may not realize is that this beat with it's organ pipes and readily apparent roots in gospel was probably discussed while it was being demonstrated to the rappers before they wrote their verses... Imagine someone says hey! I got this churchy gospel beat that I want you to rap on its hard as fuck man! You go listen and like it and having that in mind you go to write the lyrics... Then a verse like that doesn't seem so random... And has a much more simplistic reason for having been written

Magni was the better rapper so it was expected. Both wrote their verses. It was common for songs called flows in Houston to actually be written. I think most freestyles stopped after DJ Screw passed away. That's why Lil Flip and Lil Keke were freestyle kings.
