Saw Mike Harding when I lived in Bradford. in the early 70's...brilliant show...I cant remember ever having laughed so much before or since!

Saw him in a fifteen hundred seater in Coventry in 1983 and he had us in the palm of his hand...very funny.

Saw him in concert in Derby around 82, laughed till I cried and he was on stage for 3hours !!!

My first wife wrote the first verse of The Rochdale Cowboy in the Seacroft pub in Leeds back in 74, Mike and I have been friends since 73, very funny out of the limelight as well.

hah !!, one of the funniest bloke that ever breathed... i have an old acoustic guitar that belonged to him, when he got a new one he gave his old one to a man that ran a boys club that mike performed at and i acquired it from his son!! john.. :-)

Absolutely Brilliant this fella. He's doing a tour later this year adn I'm gonna go. Seen him in early eighties and He is very funny. Incidently, can anyone upload the track Posh Parties from the album Komik Kutz?

I watched Melvyn Bragg interview Billy Connolly and at one point BC makes reference to Mike Harding, along with Jasper Carrot. Got me thinking.I had completely forgotton that MH was a stand up comedian. He and BC travelled in opposite directions - Mike from comdian to to folk and Billy from folk to comedian.
