Chef Daniel is a true master, not only is he one of the very best chefs in the world but he is a truly outstanding business man and a very likable human being. His cook book, My French Cuisine, is really very well written, easy to follow, with wonderful recipes. Your video Mike is really well made and interesting, thank you so much.

Enjoyed the interview and the behind the scenes with Daniel. He's a favorite chef of mine and one i enjoy seeing cook which isn't that often. But did remember seeing him on season 4 of Mind of a Chef with Gabriel Hamilton over a few episodes and seems like a guy at the top of his craft yet a humble guy.

Loved watching this show!

Boulud Sud had amazing flavors

Pretty amazing how the chef made ratatouille in less time (1.5 hrs) than it took the sous chef to stretch 1flatbread. I’ve not had that preparation of rat. w/ the egg, but I bet it’s velvety and rich.

That pate en croute looked unreal
