I have just fixed my Mi scooter, this is the video to look at. just be aware to peel the heat sensor before you pull the controler board, because its connected to the board. thanks to the video maker!

Great video. With a blown fuse, would you still get a reading from the batteries using a voltmeter - or would the voltage be zero? I’d rather check the battery cable than go straight to the fuse. 👍🏻

my bms has two z fuses next to each other is it still possible to do the mod.

idvlogCHANNEL you could watch some videos on ytube to expand your knowledge. You should apply new solder before trying to desolder a piece from the board. You should not try to remove the fuse from the board until the solder pads are not heated properly.

Have you thought of plugging in the soldering iron?

idvlog as I know 15a is not enough because new scooters with pair 15a fuses. So as I know main problem is not enough and after extremely stop all electronics destroy

you need some soldering lessons. Tin the tip, its dirty as crap. when tinning wires hold the heat source on the bottom of the wire, heat rises. when soldering a wire to a PCB put the iron on top of the wire, when the wire melts it will flow out onto the pcb. these are some terrible joints. lastly use the thinnest solder you can find like .035" {.8 mm}

First off your iron is not hot enough.....use a 15 amp car circuit breaker it resets after cooling off.

+rudy kakashi iya skrg scooter sdh normal kembali. Biasanya fuse putus karena kelebihan arus saat pengereman mendadak. Makanya ada yg sarankan untuk ganti setingan recharge jadi low tapi tetap bisa putus. Jadi lbh baik setingan disk brake blkg dikencangkan

iya kmrn saya batere di sktr 50-60% dan settingan di low, pas rem mendadak atau tekan rem maksimal dia mati total, jd memang scooter ini masalahnya di rem mendadak walaupun disetting... settingan disk brake blkg dikencangkan bagaimana ya? bole dijelaskan atau minta konteknya biar gampang infonya? apakah dengan setting disk brake blkg jd tidak masalah walaupun rem mendadak atau remnya jd lbh soft walaupun ditekan maksimal.. mohon infonya makasih.

rudy kakashi seting disk brake sama seperti seting rem sepeda, longgarkan murnya tarik kabel remnya sesuai yg diinginkan lalu kencangkan mur rem. Jadi mekanik rem akan bekerja sblm elektik recharge aktif. Ok nanti sy add WA nya
