Migliaccio is an Italian sweetie, originally from south Italy. It is simple to do and it's really tasty. You can eat "migliaccio" for breakfast or like a dessert.
To make migliaccio you need ricotta cheese and semolina.

200 g of semolina
A pinch of salt
Half orange zest
4 eggs

250 g of sugar
350 g of ricotta cheese
