Hot Pot/Shabu Shabu has always been a traditional Mongolian dish and tradition of cooking and eating, since it is a communal experience shared with the family directly over the dining table. This is in contrast to more of a sedentary culture's separation of preparing the raw ingredients in the kitchen in a separate space, and then bringing out the cooked meals into the dining area; whereas our Mongol culinary cannon usually does the two at the same place: right beside the hearth of the Ger.

I think the whole of East Asia eats it, Mongols eat it though I'm unsure what you guys call it. Chinese call it Huo Guo, Koreans have it I believe it's also called Shabu Shabu and Japanese call it Shabu Shabu too. I could be wrong so please correct me if I am.
I've visited The Bull twice when I was in UB. Very good memories. They offer the best hotpot!

Любой жир "полезен".в меру, конина как и говядина тяжелое мясо, способствующее к образованию рак пищевода, если есть ее в течении жизни чаще чем 2-3 раза в неделю. Порционность не более 150-200 грамм за раз. Это факты из открытых источников. Кому вы сказки рассказываете?

Probably around 170-180cm and 100-125kg, but I could be wrong of course

Nothing special. But they are strong enough to fight. The main source of strength is the meat of Mongolian livestock.
