Michael has been performing in metro Detroit since he was 7 years old and nationally since he was 8. Since he was 9 years old he has been performing with The Billy Davis Rhythm Machine Band on harp, guitar, and vocals. Michael has won many state and national nominations and awards, plus been selected as a youth scholar by both the Pinetop Perkins Foundation and the international Society for the Preservation and Advancement of Harmonica.
