I was recommended your channel the other week, despite having no real interest in flight sims. But I've ended up watching several of your vids now and have enjoyed every single one. You've got an incredibly calming voice - you'd make a great tutor. Anyway, please keep making these vids. Half tempted to get the game now.

Fantastic ,thanks for sharing . I marshalled in the su27’s ie the Russian nights in the 90’s at Raf leuchars when I was stationed there for the Battle of Britain airshow at the time . The aircraft model looks superb . Btw the hawk is still my favourite 😊 Regards Dave from Scotland

@@cgaviator Yeah they were an impressive aircraft but to be honest they looked good from a distance but up close the paintwork was shabby . When I waved them in they came in like the red arrows ,I just marshalled the leader and the rest followed 😀 Exteeemly impressive in the air and at the time out of all the Raf aircraft at the air show the gnat was the most impressive highly manoeuvrable

Yeah, happened to be on sale, and it was the only semi-realistic soviet carrier aircraft. Just bought it for the external looks.

@@cgaviator yeah but as long as it doesnt have garmin screens and more functionality than the scam from mscenery im fine. I mean i dont have the mig29 but i have some money left for it, i would definetly consider buying it. Btw great video!

It's a great production and will hopefully encourage the powers that be to remember the MSFS legacy in full, including the excitement that Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator, Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2 and Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 3 generated for the franchise. The current limitations on even showing ordnance are quite frankly....

Oh wow. Yes please. I did not know there was a MiG-29K for MSFS. Now ima have to get it ! Need this in DCS for Redfor naval aviation. For highest accuracy Admiral Flota Kuznetsov I'm pretty sure a crane has to be through the deck and everything on fire. And the magnificent Pyotr Veliky in the distance needs to be pulled by tugs :)

@@techstepman I have plenty of monitors, but this was filmed using SkyDolly replay, an Xbox controller controlling camera position and TrackIR for the head movement.

The closest the Russians will come to see any aircraft operating on it considering its history

Check your parking brake is off, and you don’t have reverse thrust selected by HOTAS.

@@cgaviator the parking brake is off, when i fully throttle it goes back to 0 and the speed brake is on, like it’s automatic idk what to do :(

@@ANAKIN0001 have you got a HOTAS key for reverse thrust? Try toggling it off. Have you any other bindings for throttle? I have multiple axis and sometimes they conflict and cause this issue.

@@ANAKIN0001 I will be posting this full video in the not too distant future. I’ve essentially gone through all the settings you need to check. The reverse thrust one has caught me out. Have you got many peripherals plugged in?

Could you imagine if MFS developed a combat simulator for fighter jets… I wouldn’t play War Thunder or DCS ever again…

I mean i fly both but MSFS has a lot of problems with some flight models.. flying the Hornet for example is very different in both.. in DCS flies very nicelly while in MSFS is constantly moving arround for any wind.. and on the other hand MSFS beats the crap out of DCS in scenary..not just in extension but in detail

You’re absolutely right, so I set the wind to compensate. Though sadly if I put it too high then strange things happen on deck! 🤦🏼‍♂️
