If you watch womens mma, you’ll notice many of them are really resistant to arm bar submissions compared to men, maybe because they tend to be more flexible?

Both have the heart and skills of great fighters. That could have gone either way.
Classic jiu-jitsu win. On your back and under fire, but the grappler exploits the space needed to attack to get a submission entry and next the attacker is tapping.
Another level of talent education and ability.
I love fights when both fighters are way too tired to even celebrate or anything like that just trynna catch their breath back 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 you know they found respect for each other in that ring if they didn't have respect for each other

For those who don't know , to get out of qn arm bar , all you have to do is rotate your shoulder .....
Kick them in face, wait for them to get up. Don't sink to their level.
It was an honor to be her training partner early in her career. I was the smallest guy in the gym, so naturally we would end up going together, and partnering up occasionally.
Miesha Tate is a spitfire. She grown so much in the division.
That fight was a classic

Really exposed a major weakness in both fighters career.Juile was bad at submission defense and Meisha was history bad at kickboxing defense and magnet for head kicks
