I grew up near Milwaukee and lived in a tourist city in Mexico for a couple, so I met people from all over. Let me tell ya, they all thought I was Canadian; even other Americans! The only ones who didn't think so were Canadians - and they didn't know where the heck I was from. 😅😅 That's how I discovered I have an accent. Love your work Charlie, keep it up 💕💕 Edit: Was told we sound Canadian even when speaking Spanish. "HOlaa! BuenOos Dias!" 😆

It’s exactly what I thought. From the second she said there was ‘brandy’ in her old fashioned. Everyone in my family is from the south, except my stepmom - she’s from Indiana and her parents are exactly like this. When I would spend time up there as a kid I was always like, ‘you guys talk a lot’. In my head of course. Cuz, being from the south, I have manners and respect for my elders. One of many many many things southerners and midwesterners have in common … But we put bourbon in our old fashioned.
