As we advance to noon, some graphical options with MM2Hook are presented here. The game looks much better with 3D shadows, even though some of them don't cast properly. It now looks like a mid-2000s Shockwave game, an art style that I absolutely enjoy. I also installed more cars than the previous part, including the Red Rocket Sport, which is a reskin of a Ferrari 355 GTS mod by Bugattiman. The Red Rocket Sport looks better than the original Red Rocket and the Rv6 model edit, so I'm a little surprised that Deebz didn't use Bugattiman's model.
By the way, in this MM2 series, I am also planning to showcase the userbase's addon maps once London and San Francisco are done. New York, Chicago, Eurocity, and a load of other maps are planned, as long as they have races that take place. Hell, I might even do these racepacks.
I decided to leave a failed attempt of a race (that I won after the second attempt) in the video because I didn't feel like dealing with the complications of my video editor, DaVinci Resolve. I used it in the last part and I was not happy with it. It reduced the quality of the video and somehow bloated the file size. I am pretty frugal with my hard drive that is smaller than the previous, so I am not going to use that crappy editor anymore. I'm not sure if I could return to NCH VideoPad, which I'd been using for my pre-2024 videos. More so, I will probably include a few of my failed attempts just to show how hard they can be.
