Some comments about the run.
__San Francisco:
From "Frequent Flyer" to "Brake Dancing" the run was good but nothing special.
"The Heat is On" was good until 5:20. I was lucky that there were no cops chasing me when I reached the last checkpoint.
"Bonnie & Collide" was very good. It's a good thing that the AI is bad, you can easily get the F-350 to go against the wall.
"Midterm 2" was a bit bad and can be surely improved. First hit was really bad, second one was pretty good. Then I did a 360° on the grass that was completely useless.
"Keep it Clean" was ok.
"About Face" was crazy, only 0.22s remaining.
"Straight, With Chaser" and "Midterm 3" were ok, there aren't many things you can do to improve the chases.
I decided to go safe in "Final Exam". One example is at 13:15.
In conclusion, San Francisco sub14 is very good. I don't think it could improve much more, maybe a sub13:30 is possible, but sub13 seems really hard to do.
__London:
"Cutting Corners" was a bit too slow but that's fine.
"The Weaver's Tale" was bad but I lost only 1 second, so that's fine.
From "Midterm 1" to "Round You'll Go" everything was ok.
In "Follow That Car!" there's a point in which the AI car can get stuck. At 22:08 the objects on the sidewalk don't make the car turn properly. Luckily I was in a good position and I was able to put the AI car on the correct path.
"River Dancing" is always scary as hell. This race can easily be a run killer. I didn't get huge problems in this case, but the car flip at 25:33 made me pale.
"Artful Dodging" was bad. Fortunately, nobody was chasing me in the end.
The bin at 29:20 didn't want to go away lol.
I don't know how to do the slalom (31:22).
In conclusion, I've done London in about 17 minutes and a half. It's definitely improvable, in Moorea current PB ( • Midtown Madness 2 - Cr... ) London was completed in 17:05.
