The Vortex Diamondback HD looks a lot clearer. Especially at the stop sign shot looks really milky or foggy with the Midten while the Vortex is noticeably clearer. It's kind of nuts buying anything made in China without a no questions asked hassle free a lifetime warranty like unless you like buying disposable throw away items. eBay seller selling this for $149. Chinese made binoculars with no warranty might be worth buying for $40 or less IMHO maybe $50 maximum if it's top of the line quality.

I 100% agree. In have since acquired a set of Athlon Argos Binos in 10X and they edge out the Diamondback models ever so slightly.

@@sortoftactical Do you think the Argos HD ($99 on sale) image clarity is closer to the Viper HD or Diamondback HD? I ordered 2 Athlon binoculars a Cronus UHD Gen 2 10x50 and Midas UHD Gen 2 and paid for them up front over a year ago and never received them from a dishonest dealer. I had a Leupold rangefinder on that order which I paid up front for I that didn't receive either.
