You all celebrate Mid-Summer by singing Santa Lucia and handing out spiced ginger biscuits to passers-by and wear garlands of summerflowers and flickering candles in your hair..all dressed in white..I remember from my international school days!

You have mixed up two holidays, midsommar and Lucia. White dress, candles in the hair and ginger cookies is Lucia. Summer dress, flower wreath in the hair and herring is midsommar.

It is interesting to see different foods served on different cultures celebrations… you might already have tasted some of Malay’s traditional foods… rendang is a must and we have lontong or ketupat and of course other dishes… Good to learn about other cultures! The food looks delicious… i will try to cook potatoes like that… with baby potatoes yes? Cos i love potatoes too..😬

Thank you for watching our video 🙏 it’s not a recipe just took 2 bananas and mashed them, chopped a lot of strawberries and mixed all together. Easy cake filling, no sugar needed because of the sweet fruit and sweet cake.

Those are enzyme potatoes from Slovakia ...sad enzyme potato pot for 30kg potatoes stolen otherwise mmm... yummy potato bread pizza dough and ....😢😢😢

How much the small jar of Herring in mustard you bought for❓ I haven't seen that anywhere just yet.. ... And how much that packet of smoked salmon ❓ Sainsburys and Waitrose sells a packet of 200g smoked Salmon for £6 - £7 , how much you bought yours ❓❓

Sorry you couldn’t find a sponge cake to assemble the strawberry cake, I think the cake you found at the market is called a marble cake. The sill definitely looks delicious, I usually prefer the one with mustard.
