I've got a 5000 watt and it's been great. My question is how many are out there now because I'm not seeing much of them on KZread. I'm running 32 - 250s and two 48 volt forklift batteries and haven't used the generator sense the up grades. Float at 10 am. But it would be nice if you get that dongle out there soon.

Can the a/c charge be adjusted on the MN3024DIY ? I am offgrid in AZ. For the price it's very impressive .

Looks like this is an AltE video, but title says "Midnite Solar: Our..." is this Midnite speaking or AltE? I'm interested for a basic cabin, and like to have the backup inverter charger. Like you I have a 24 volt home system (actually have the Magnum 4024 as well, even live in Missouri, central for me...) I was curious about over paneling the charger. I've got 2000 watts and even another 1600 watts of 72 cell panels. Not sure about the VOC, but t might be close.

This is Midnite Solar speaking at the 2022 AltE Installer's Conference! Many charge controllers allow you to connect more panels to the input than the controller's max W output. This is so you can get a "full" charge even on less sunny days when the panels are under-producing. Check out the sizing tool from Midnite for more info! www.midnitesolar.com/sizingTool/index.php

With that said, it sounds like you would be best off with two charge controllers, one for each group of panels.
