i generate the photo but all the models have different faces and none look like me .. very confused as i have the insightface on while im generating the pics with midjourney....what could i possibly be doing wrong ?

Curious how many save ID photos that you swapped through until you found one that worked well? Also do you find a more candid iPhone photo works better or a studio portrait that’s already been touched up?

It took me over 100+ swaps tbh (I mainly used the same full front forward facing iPhone images as well vs photos of me at an angle bc the prompt is facing the camera) which I may have mentioned - but specifically because of my face structure and getting similar face structure in the model. I haven’t tested studio quality so that might be worth testing!

No it isn’t. It’s a separate app which I walk through in the video 🙌🏽

I'm not gonna lie, I was hopping for the face swapper to put your face on the Cat-bird. Btw wich software would you use to do an AR project where you just want to scan de QR and watch the animated 3d model? I don't wanna force people to download any app to see it, just scan the code with the back cam of your phone. And thaank you for your time and dedication

Yes it will still be limited because Inswap is a plug in and not part of MidJourney :C

how about limit 50 credits? how to subscribe?

Hey Kim :) The InsightFaceSwap server goes offline and when it does it doesn't work. Is there something I need to do to bring it online? Does it go offline frequently? Thank you :)

Because it’s free for us but not free for them and there’s a probably also to limit overuse and maintain it running smoothly.

@Kim Alban If you want to swap you in a group of 3 people max /swapid idname: ,_,IDNAME,_, image: PUT YOUR IMAGE And that's all If you want to do has the movie poster "John Malkovich" you just need to cut the picture in pieces of 3 people max and you will be on all characters after reassembled each parts on Photoshop ^^
