Quick tip, you can still generate designs. I mostly start with UI Design Webpage and then add the argument --no mockup, this will make sure the pictures wont be a photo of a laptop or anything. Still hard to get good results though but when you do they can be quite good, sometimes I also use the --chaos to generate very random and unusual designs for inspiration.

i dont think midjourney is suited for this (yet). OpenAI is going to release a video generator soon wich will defenitely be able to do this.

1:22 still better to use the text to make elements that you can then vectorize with a image to vector Ai and then do whatever you want with it. Trying to make it all perfectly in one image is severely limiting right now. That’s the next thing for AI, making these things more and more useful. Adobe is doing a lot of work in this area.

No but it’s worth paying. In any case there’s lots of great free AI’s now.
