@@eur0be4t3r Initial D doesn't have a specific year but for sure not the 80's because some cars like Keisuke's RX-7 didn't exist until the 90's (even though 2000's cars later make an appearance in later stages despite being supposedly set in the 90's) So with some creative liberties, Initial D likely takes place in 1999 and early 2000's.
