Amazing. Really inspiring to see what you are doing with giving groove loops more human musical behavior.
Absolutely love the feel and sound of this library. Thank you for putting out a free version, its very generous of you!
Thanks for this breakdown, so many great tips. And for the beautiful library, was a pretty quick purchase!

I really appreciate you giving it a shot! I hope it treats you well!
Hey Hunter 👋 thank you for the awesome library !!! and this video is really helpfull to use it much better 🤩😍😍😍
Wow, work with grooves is amazing in your arrangement!
super nice!
These are some great tips for more organic midi programming! The grooves trick is really cool, and something I hadn't really thought about doing before.
The thing you said around 3:50 is so true. I often see and hear this when it comes to uncommon folk instruments in a vsti. People used to use and compose like common instruments or like playing keyboard. But that don't catch the sound of it. clearly it's nice to experiment with it but when it should sound like something. E.g. there's a vsti where Scandinavian string instruments named taglharpa were sampled and i saw a dude using it like a string orchestra. Indeed good experiment but thats not how it is played and sound. I once watched a video about specific sounds of instruments and the music witch is played is amd that the style of how an instrument is build influences the music you make with it.
You've done an excellent job on both the library and your video presentations. You look like someone who is fun to be around... remind me a lot of my time working in the studio and all of the really great musicians who made their way through Starstruck. Cheers, Hunter!

What a high compliment. Thank you, Jim!
I play keyboards but want to score acoustic instruments and this clip is 11:17 minutes of DAW wisdom. So dense with delicious directly usable adornments to get an obviously authentic real sound. And it seems H & H responds to all of these beautifully. Can't wait to try it out at home. Thank you man.

Thrilled to hear this. Sometimes it's hard to tell what MIDI tricks are really slick or just my bizarre way of doing things!! Thanks for the kind words (:
This is so inspiring!
Just bought it, couldn't be happier. Gonna make a video soon about it, can't wait :)

Great!!
Hunter, I'm new to your work and this library was an instant purchase for me as I literally write indie-folk music. I was wondering, do you have other products for that genre and/or are working on further releases? I'd be really interested. Thank you!

I don't know when it will be ready or how it will be released just yet, but I'm working on a big one (: Until then, check out my pianobook page for my freebies!
Hunter, this thing is really beautiful. Is there a way to remove the grace note from that highest velocity? I must be a brute. I trigger it constantly. I'm glad you included in this video (you almost skipped it! Phew!!) because I watched the H&H Walk through and this deep dive to figure this issue out! Thank you!!
I’m blown away - awesome, awesome ✨🙏🏻✨ One question - I can see this „tune“ function on the upper part of the plug-in - does it have „global tuning“, like for instance A = 432 Hz ..? Or is it just for semitones ..? I prefer to play my music in 432 Hz, so for me this is very important. Thank you, Hunter 🔥🔥🔥(imo) with this ensemble you made the world a better place !!

Thank you so much!! Yes that tuning knob is a feature of Kontakt (the sample engine that runs the library). You're actually able to open a more comprehensive "master" panel and explicit set the tuning to 432 Hz

Hey Hunter, what Kontakt version was this built in? Would love to grab it but might need to sort myself with an operating system that can actually run 6.7+

Sorry for the delayed response here, but I have it working on Kontakt 5, so it shouldn't be an issue!
