I’ve bought a many handles and Gränsfors Bruk axes from his website. I’m doing a video soon that features his website. Great service. Love them. I haven’t had the pleasure to use one of his axes though. I bet it looks nice!

@MidgardAxe honestly not sure. I got one from a KZread giveaway. I won his last one. Lol. Love watching his tree work videos and he does a custom giveaway from time to time but not often. I'm always happy to enter into a giveaway for a beautiful axe.

Those Hoffman handles look great. It’s hard to chose which one I wanna put on the hardcore hammers carpenters axe! Which one do you think would look and throw good with that axe ?? Also I hope you enjoy your vacation !

I appreciate that but not on vacation. I wish haha. We just went down the road to the beach. I’ll have to look at the new handles and see. I will say whichever one you use you will probably have to shave that knob. They are really high.

I’m with you on the friction fit. I actually turned a tomahawk head over and used an old handle with a wedge. I know TMI. What do you think of those laminate handles that the competitors use . They are pretty

I’ve done that before too. Sometimes I have handles laying around and I want to use them or do something different. I’m actually doing something like that to the NedFoss Thor axe. I’ve got it almost done. I mean from what I understand, laminate is definitely hard. Not sure if they are running them with any coatings on the handle. They do like really nice. I’d like to get one and try it out. It might be great. I’m really looking forward to Hoffmans new handles. Not sure if you saw but it says he’s going to have some Purple Heart handles soon. I’m getting one of those!

Off subject but if you spray the bottom of your vehicle with BLO it protects from salt water
