Jo! This was fabulous. Two of my faves having a wonderful chat. I’ve watched Anna for the 10 years she’s been online and she is the only person I still tune into. You said all about her, exactly as I would have! Such integrity and a just all round loveliness. And she definitely influences my purchases 😉 Jo you’re onto something here girl! Keep at it. Thoroughly enjoyed this. Yes, Anna is modest and grounded - I think anyone of "a certain age" (that's you and me, Jo) can detect fakeness and Anna is real. I follow you both. Anna, the same age as my daughter, and Jo - well, you're going from strength to strength and I'm rooting for you!

Love Anna - you have now interviewed two of my favorite British youtubers (the Michalaks being the other one) - time I subscribed to your channel. Another you may like is Lizzie Hadfield - really down to earth, good content. I am in my early 50's, live in Australia and also a an avid you tube watcher - not so common in my age group so nice to watch someone who appreciates the same channels as me (Also a bulldog mum so we have that in common too).

I am same age as you....your video's are so refreshing as a lot of people think of our age group as old and stale...you are proof that aging does not have to be boring and I admire that you are living your truth. I love that you say groovy...so cool. I think your facial treatment is working as your skin is glowing. I love Matilda and your Mum! Can you share where you bought your wide belt and skirts! I love your style. You remind me of Diane Keaton ! I admire your bravery...I wanted to start a blog years ago and everyone laughed...I am learning to just listen to myself now. Anna was one of the first youtubers I started watching. She is so refreshing because she is not into that whole consumerism madness but rather shares recipes, gushes about family and friends, and cares about what she buys. She's great :-)

What a great interview with one of my favorite British You tuber's. The minute I saw Anna I recognized the shirt and jeans from her capsule wardrobe. She is honest to a fault and I definitely trust her judgement about products, vacations, restaurants.... I agree with you in regard to Mark, he's a winner! You must come to NYC and do a meet up, plus let KJH get her hands on your face. She is the queen of perfected skin. She lives in Brooklyn. May I say, your outfit is beautiful and I love that top. Who makes it please.

Ohmyheavens... New SUBSCRIBER HERE‼️Jo, I have been an avid fan of Christene Barberich who is the founder of the amazing @refinery29. Her podcast entitled UNSTYLED is just so engaging to listen to. The thing that has always frustrated me a bit about it is that I (like so many) want to see the people engaged in these very thoughtful and scintillating conversations with my own eyes... And in a stylish setting. This was SO delightful to listen to and to watch. This should definitely be your “thing”! And hey, another detail is that you are so great to look at because of your very animated and glorious face. I give this a big thumbs up‼️👍🏿Now, please excuse me while I pop off to see the charming Anna’s wedding photos that I see tempting me from the side-bar.😘

This is a lovely interview. I have watched Anna for years. And also Signe from Denmark (UseLess) and Daria Andronescu (Wonder Wardrobe) - she does these amazing capsules using colors from artwork - those videos are pieces of art themselves. Is KJH, Katie Jane Hughes? She said the name so quickly. Does she do anything other than makeup? I am in my 60s and cannot follow the advice of young beauty bloggers any longer. It's red lipstick, mascara, brow gel and earrings now, with nothing shiny or dewy that accentuates my topography!

WithMetta Yes. Katie Jane Hughes. She mostly does make up. But also she talks about jewellery, clothing, NYC, restaurants, hair and a bit of traveling. She’s an excellent teacher. Her videos are amazing for step-by-step tutorials on makeup (and some hair too).
