My wife's uncle plays a right handed guitar left handed, because they only had a right handed guitar for him to learn on when he was a kid. I'm guessing it might be the same for her

there's an interview somewhere where she explains - it's actually strung the normal way, but she taught herself and got used to playing it upside down. I'll find it for you...
