@@midwestbambi There is a stereotype (not true for all, of course, but has some basis in reality) that young white males are really into the Joker character (from the Batman series/movies/comics), especially the new Joker movie (played by Joaquin Phoenix, a white actor). So, once they heard "man dressed as the Joker," they knew the man was white. Hope that helps.

The second line is key. There's nothing worse than lazy, out-of-touch comedians (and commentators) pretending it's society that's the issue and not their inability to meet demand for well-written jokes that don't just repeat stereotypes or worse. Despite easy criticisms of the show as a whole, SNL has been on point with this for a while now.

Also Latino isnt a race either if we are being technical because there are black Latinos and most Latino people would be classified as white. Latino just means of Latin origin because it's a culture that anyone of any race can be a part of. There are Asian Latino people. But I think you shouldn't take it as anything more than the fact that the people at the table were black and white and they were just counting that that's the whole point of skip that one we don't need that one mainly because in that moment they didn't care about Latino crime it was just black and white crime

You can really see the impact of practice with live TV and reading off of cue cards. As talented as she is, with theater experience, amongst these 5 people PWB is actually the weakest one.

This is a skit I regularly share with my white and black friends. Nobody gets offended and it’s all in good fun. Great bit.

They could have used that one. There is such a thing as being a white Latino or a black Latino. But I think skipping it was used to prove a point about American race relations in this day and age: that no one cares about mixed race people.

One of the best SNL sketches. So well written and executed. Then the weather man at the end with the tally board was just the cherry on the top.
