Great video, Bro! You really captured it! One very small "darn." ... You just missed showing the place I stayed a few days ago... on 30th and Collins. Anyway.... I'd note the bus system is VERY easy to figure out... bus 100 ... a long skinny island...bus can only go north or south. Also there's an express bus to airport, 150 I think. Only costs $2.25

Hi - i'm enjoying your videos!! and yes, I believe (at 26:42) those buildings are NOT landmarked, so I believe they are slated to be demo'd. Not sure where I got that info, as i'm tyring to determine how I would know this. Someone else also showed these buildings in their video. Apparently, in the 1990's? this area had many retirees...

Try Sazon Cuban just a little bit north in North Beach

At the beginning you mentioned the quaint and nice apartments on the second floor of the side street. I would like that. Very retro. Nostaglic.
