Since Dollar Tree doesn’t sell eggs any more, you might like to know the liquid from a can of chickpeas can be used as an egg substitute for baking! It’s called aquafaba, and it’s very common to use in vegan cooking. 3 tablespoons equals one large egg. You can freeze it to use later, if you’re not baking at the same time you’re using the chickpeas.

Thank you for the equivalent of an egg. I keep mine in the freezer but haven't actually used it yet 😂
You’re no heat meals have been a lifesaver for me lately! I have a microwave at work, but frankly, it’s just easier for me to bring food that I don’t need to worry about trying to reheat. I throw one of those chiller packs in with my container and then I don’t even have to put my lunch into the fridge. I avoid that whole grows feet feet and walking away on its own thing. ❤
The dessert reminded of the 3-2-1 cake. Mix any cake mix with a box of angel food cake mix. Spoon 3 tablespoons of dry mix in a mug, stir in 2 tablespoons of water, microwave for 1 minute. I use this when dieting and like to use lemon cake with a few frozen berries mixed in

I love your cup "My kids have paws". I'm sorry you lost your dad, you being so young. I lost my dad too, at the age of 22. One thing I remember, other than him being a raging alcohol, is this. When he fried his eggs in a pan, instead of him flipping them over with a spatula, he would tilt the pan and use the spatula to splash the grease over the eggs to cook them.
Great ideas! I rent a room in my landlord's house and I only have a microwave and a hotplate to prepare my food. Your Spanish rice recipe looks like a good option for Cinco de Mayo!

You can actually do a lot with a hot plate & microwave you've just gotta be creative. I've been in a lot of different situations where I only had one or two small appliances. Once all I had was a toaster oven and I made a whole Thanksgiving meal for 5 people. I've even made a meal in a coffee maker.

A coffee maker? Wow!
I don't know if it would be worth doing a segment on creating a basic spice & herb collection. They can do so much for food flavor. It is also something that can be purchased a little at a time.
If you need a vegan egg substitute, save the liquid from the cans of chickpeas/garbanzo beans. The liquid is called aquafaba and it whips up like egg whites so a lot of people that have egg allergies or are vegan can use it in recipes that require eggs.
Thank you so much for these! I can no longer stand long enough to use my oven or stove, so microwave meals are my only option now. So thanks again from a granny of 13!

My little family and I moved out into the county and had only electricity. My range was propane. ALL i had was my microwave to cook with for 3 months. I cooked almost everything in the microwave. I would cook my ground beef in it. Even though the meat didn't brown well it was well cooked. I would also make my noodles for spaghetti or mac n cheese. Take my ground beef spaghetti sauce and noodles and dinner was done. Make taco meat in the microwave and warm your taco shells in there also and you have taco night. The list goes on and on. Just use your imagination. We were a family of 5 and I knew when everyone came home they were hungry, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK. I love ALL your videos.
Thank you for this! Appreciate your ideas. My family had a fire and we are without a stove/oven. Plus Dollar Tree product are within a limited budget when trying to rebuild what was lost. Your smile and positivity are so appreciated 😊
If you add parchment paper to your cake in a mug you can remove the cake from the mug. Just put enough so you can grab it. Top your mini cake with DT ice cream and DT chocolate sauce and serve in a pretty little bowl.
I wonder if you could cook browned biscuits reusing the packaging the fries came in?
You could always keep a piece of your browning paper from the fries and cut a piece out as big as your cup and put that on top of the biscuit. Might work might not but worth a try.
No doubt about it, we need more of your pup! Doggos make everything next level😁

Love your videos. Found you recently as I work at a Dollar Tree and just scrolling videos on DT and their you were. OK, you may have already covered this but here goes. I live in a tiny home. I have a microwave, small crockpot, air fryer and a rice pot. Now help !!!! I love veggies and good food.. cheap good food but with my limited cooking utensils, how about a few nights or videos of living alone and using only these with DT or DG foods but some healthy veggies (frozen are awesome) ... thank you and have all my other co-workers watching you too.... thank you ...

That Taco sauce is the BOMB 💣 It sells out at every DT near me. I went to Texas to see my sister and bought some down there and shipped those bad boys home with my other crap that I didn’t want to take on the plane. I was a happy camper 😅

I’m loving your channel. Great recipes.
No cook meals are great in the summer! My favorite is basically a tuna salad. Here's the "recipe" which is really just a rough guideline: A can of peas and carrots (or two if you only have the tiny ones, mixed veggies work in a pinch but not my favorite, so do green beans if you buy the thin sliced ones), 2-4 cans of chunk lite tuna (depends on how many are eating or if you're meal prepping) or one of the solid white albacore and 1-3 chunk lite (you could also do salmon alone or mixed with the tuna which is also a favorite for me, you can also use canned chicken or even chick peas but then it's not tuna salad anymore, lol) a bit of lemon pepper seasoning, if you have fresh garlic and a garlic press, throw that in there (to taste) otherwise, garlic powder works fine too. Add fresh onions, especially red onions or spring onions/scallions but dried or powdered works too if you don't have any. (The fresh onions are the only part that takes time unless you have pre-chopped and portioned, lemon juice coated ones like I do.) Dash of lemon juice to taste but remember the lemon pepper seasoning so be sparing with the juice. Mix in some cold mayo let it rest in the fridge for a few minutes and you're ready to serve! Serve with crackers (I personally love the thick Triscuit brand crackers) or tortilla chips and treat it as a dip. Also great mixed with cold pasta. If meal prepping I'd mix no more than you can eat in 4 days unless you don't mix in the mayo until you're going to eat it. You can toss this together in minutes and it keeps in the fridge just fine for about 3-4 days. About 4 portions in this recipe but I love this stuff so it's usually gone in 2 sittings with me even though you're not supposed to eat more than two portions of tuna a week, lol. You can even embellish it with more stuff (for example dill, or some you could add some cabbage or you could use the dry slaw mix that comes in bags if you didn't want to use the peas and carrots) but that's the stuff I generally always have around and I've got the recipe perfected for my taste buds. 😂👍
I am struggling as a diabetic with a severe tomato and corn allergy. So many good recipes with those in them
I love the puppy cameos🐶💜I see ears😍
I love those rice bowls! That's such a good idea for meal prep for work and it's food allergy friendly. Tysm!
Oh popping those tiny containers in the big one for the rice bowl is genius. Super simple, but I never would've thought of it!

You always knock these recipes out of the park very inspiring. Keep at it that poutine in the microwave looked great especially. The chickpea salad too. You are awesome keep killing it.
This fries and sausage gravy would be good for a quick upside down dinner this kids. Fast, easy cleanup. And depending on age the fries could be split among 2 small kids, cheaper than fast food nowadays. One video I watched was so funny and down to earth regarding eating cheap in a hotel room. The YTer actually used the iron to make a good looking grill cheese. I know it wasn’t supposed to be funny 😂 but I thought it was. Guess you could do this in a dorm also. I realize the dollar tree is for availability. Walmart can cut the price almost $2. to $8.10. Lunch for about $2.025 is pretty good. But some dollar tree prices are better than Walmart. Also, you can use only 1/2 the bottle of dressing, so the price becomes $1.87 a day. Great value garbanzo beans $0.78 x 2 Great value diced tomatoes $0.88 Dollar tree 2.25 oz olives $1.25 Great value Salmon pouch $0.98 x 2 Dollar tree feta cheese $1.25 Dollar tree dressing $1.25 Total $8.10
Great levels of cooking going to have to make some of these recipes .

Probably a rubbery texture. I think I've asked three different people about it but never get a response.
Ooo that all looked great and easy to do, thank you. 😊
For the chickpea salad I bet it would be good to puree them first with olive oil and make it a little like hummus. I'm not sure how I feel about cold chickpeas 😅. Or maybe swap them for cannelini beans. Also, a quick little side dish I like to throw together sometimes when I'm tired and just not feelin it, is a can of chickpeas and a can of those Italian seasoned tomatoes. Instead of draining the tomatoes I put it all in a pot on high heat and reduce the liquid, so it has maximum flavor without being runny.

Silly comment! We bought our first microwave 45 years ago. At that time they included a class on how to maximize the efficiency of it. An entire meal in the microwave and “waved” for various times and at various “temps.” BUT the biggest push was to buy the bottled browning seasoning to add coloring to your food. One each for meat, poultry, fish. Of course it was suggested that you buy microwave safe cooking equipment. Haven’t done a meal in one for years.
How cute is the pup in the background ❤🥰🐕

I haven't finished watching the whole video yet, but just wanted to say that I'm completely knocked out by the burrito bowl segment and your recommendation of the taco sauce! One of my favorite snacks is chips or veggies with salsa, but good, fresh salsa can be pretty pricey, so that taco sauce looks like a great substitute. Also, I have those exact storage containers you used for the burrito bowls. I got mine at 99c Only. You've probably found like I have that they are reusable, but pretty flimsy so they wear out pretty fast, but they're great short-term. Okay, back to the video!
I made steak fries in the air fryer and topped it with mushroom gravy for dinner the other day. Not a bad meal.
