Being previously ignorant of the capabilities of this guitar, I must say this is genius. A just tempered guitar for playing classical music, beautiful. I guess I would understand the microtonal part better if I was more into middle eastern music. Forgive my former arrogance.

Love the sound, love the music even though is is totally strange to my ears. I am amateur classical, flamenco (pop) trained. I am very impressed and love some of the technics you used. (specially some you showed in part 1!) Thanks for telling me.

Amazing major sound!!! Similar method to Anders Thidell from Sweden (inventor of the "True Temperament" curved frets). Now I`m convinced that modern "Equal Temperament" (12th root of 2) do not provide natural sound for human ear and your method of tuning is right and provide pure tuned major tones, similar to instruments from 16-th century.

Microtonal Guitar - Tolgahan Çoğulu : Yes, initially I thought #1, but after listening again I thought the high notes were more “bell” like on #2. The standard tuning is completely flat in comparison, wow.

I once heard John Schneider play a concert with his guitar with interchangeable frretboards. Afterward he told me that when he had this guitar modified to accept the magnetically-attached fretboards, they didn't sound as good as the original permanently-attached fretboard. Do you find that your adjustable individual frets give you as good as sound as a standard permanent fretboard?

Should there be a way to calculate where the frets schould be sawn in the fretboard? let's say i want to build a classical guitar with a Pythagorean fretboard: is there a way to calculate where the frets should go?

Let's see what affects the sound more: Just because of your acoustic surrounding, I have a hard time understanding you, which means the choice of room, distance and recording style affects the sound much more than tuning a few cents here and there. I have played a lute for 20 years and i frankly tune the strings within 6-7 cents accuracy. There was a good reason why the whole western world adopted equal temperament.

Just get a fretless guitar, it is like trombone, or violin and etc.. It is an Continuous Pitch Instrument, its not constrained to play not at specific intervals, like usual guitar, or trumpet or piano....
