is there any way to connect the 1452 mouse with other wireless receiver

For info=-don't try this with the later 1454 model, which uses 5 crosspoint/Phillips or Torx T6 (depending) screws. Two screws are hidden under the rear rubber foot and secure the top. One is below the two batteries, and two more screws hold the internal PCB. The top comes away when the screws are removed, you don't just 'pop' the right/left mouse buttons as on this 1452. If it's become greasy, the wheel can be washed, or cleaned in alcohol. Model No. is usually shown on a label in tiny print.

The 1452 has three screws. He had removed them without mentioning it. This mouse must have fallen very hard, otherwise the ferrite core would not break.
