My only issue with micro links is the mismatched lengths make the ends of the hair look thin. But beautiful job! This technique looks much faster than traditional micro links.

Amy A. I’m sure with this method by using weft hair, you can use any texture of hair you want.

I need a blow dryer like that! Cause my 4zzzz hair does not straighten with my blow dryer

I absolutely HATEEEEE straightening my hair because it never gets TRULY straight without chemicals!!! This caused severe damage to my hair growing up (along with stylists and relatives not knowing what they're doing,) which made it SO hard to grow it out! Shaved it all off at about 21 and now it goes down my back a bit (it stretches when I brush/comb it,) but I really love this look so much I might get the bravery to try it... Just nervous about the maintenance. Looks like a lot of initial work and the upkeep may be difficult as well, which might not be worth it for something that isn't a protective style... I have some thinking to do!

How does long does a style like this last and can I do shampooing and conditioning my hair and scalp to wash it once to twice a week? Will washing cause the hair to matte up with the micro links? Great video, new subscriber ❤️!!!!!!!

Her hair is gorgeous but I Wish there were people in Las Vegas and Chicago that could do hair like this, without requiring 6 pints of blood and your 1st horn!

But they make actual microlink hair, so why use bundles? Is it more cost efficient?

That hair will never be able to be reused because its cut into such small pieces so do you use more affordable hair?

chimorena not with this particular install , but with microlinks that option is available.

🧐 this looks more like quick weave than micro links. I feel like the whole reason people get micro links is the free scalp and no track dynamic but to each their own I guess. I personally wouldn’t get them if my stylist did them like this. I love being able to run my fingers through my hair and feel no track but have the length.

Not quite understanding the concept of sewing on the second weft? It seems to take away from the freedom and uninhibited benefit of the micro links. Although this is an interesting twist to micro links adding or sewing the second weft on top; seems to take away the reason for getting micro links. Fortunately this client has enough hair to blend or get away with it. Or maybe I’m not understanding this and really need to see up close and personal to understand what you have done here. I will say it’s very innovative and I’ve haven’t seen anyone else do this. My be a good alternative.

Respect Queen. End Result Was Beautiful. You Did Your Thing ...But too much for Me. Her Natural Hair Is Gorgeous but all that added in hair..beads & sew in was Just way too much.

It’s funny how she listed info about the background music but not the hair she used. SMH 🤦‍♀️
