A nice crisp sound of your frisée endive lettuce leaves breaking, a lovely salad mix. I had to swap the cilantro which had been completely eaten by slugs in my garden, interestingly slugs did not touch the nearby parsley, frisée is growing in my little greenhouse, slow growth this year with cooler weather.

Oh, you heard the sound of breaking leaves, I like that! 🙂 I had the same in my garden, slugs prefer cilantro, seems to be more tender, perhaps. Parsley is easier, here too. Nice you have a green house!🙂
